The hotel was kind of terrible. Bed was broken, air didn't get very cool, shampoo bottle was almost empty, trim in room was coming off the wall. We did not even stay the 2nd night. Very disappointed for how much this room was.

This motel needs a renovation. The mattresses are terrible and the shower made an ear-piercing sound when on. There is hardly any insulation so it was noisy, too. I don’t recommend staying here.

This property added a fraudulent, non approved charge on one of our parties rooms. There was a charge for a Meeting room usage. Our group was in the room for less than an hour playing cards and left the room when asked by a hotel employee. At NO TIME was anyone informed of a charge for use of the room and NO SIGN outside stating a room charge. When asked the front desk employee stated that it was used and cost per hour and refused to take it off. When I asked for documentation showing how the meeting room was charged all he could produce was a sheet that listed the rental for the room for the whole day, half day, or "regulars". NOTHING about hourly charges. They also would not give us the names of the employee who added the charge or the managers name to contact. I would advise not staying in this hotel unless you want to get ripped off!

Front desk staff no customer service experience, no pool towels, shower curtains don't keep water in shower, pool and hot tub filtration system not working so scum on top of water.

I was excited about staying there initially. The girl at the front was extremely rude and wanted me to pay a "deposit" even though I bought insurance. No refund and I'm never using ******* again condescending this experience and the last stay. Staff should not treat customers differently because they have tattoos. She kept calling me "hun". I'm old and am a successfuil adult, I deserve to be called "sir".I refused to stay.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I both had a hard time sleeping and felt sore the next morning. Not a lot of breakfast options. Breakfast eating area was small.

Front desk was super nice and helpful and my room was super clean. Bed was comfy and sheets and pillows were very nice. Amazing stay for the money.

5 stars from us! Everything was very clean! The pool area was nice and the water was appropriately warmed for winter swimming. The breakfast was good and breakfast attendant did a great job. We had the larger room for families with a king bed and 2 queens- it was awesome! Wish more hotels offered a similar option for larger families!
