We were in town for a local sporting event and really just needed a comfortable, close place to stay. This hotel is not the Ritz, it's not even the Hilton, and if you're a hotel snob on any level, do not book this hotel.
PROS: all the staff I dealt with were pretty great. The bed was comfortable and the room had a mini fridge and microwave. The location was great for our needs.
CONS: the elevator was broken (which seems to have been the case for a while). You can only enter the hotel from the front though almost all of the parking is closer to the back door, which is only an exit door. The "bath" towels were not only very small, they were extremely thin and somewhat threadbare. While the room seems to have been painted recently, the fixtures in the bathroom were in need to repair/replacement (the toilet wobbled, the sink drain was broken).
Overall, it fit what we needed, and I was not going to moan and complain, especially when the price was pretty low. It felt safe, it suited our needs and there wasn't anything so bad that we couldn't deal with it for 2 nights.
