Check-in #336 e a sala parecia boa até tentar usar a água quente para lavar e descobrimos que não havia nenhuma no nosso banho ou no chuveiro. Chamei imediatamente o escritório e expliquei o problema. Gabriella pediu desculpas e nos mudou para outra sala #313, embalamos as nossas coisas e movimos para a nova sala. Devido ao problema com a primeira sala, imediatamente tentei a água no novo quarto, deixei-a correr por cerca de 5 minutos e ficou fresco, voltei para o chuveiro e só um pequeno truque saiu. Então voltei para a esquina para falar com Gabriella. Ela nos mudou de novo para outra sala, esta vez no 2o andar #211.Era Cerca de 9:00 e estávamos cansados de conduzir o dia todo.Quando cheguei à sala, tanto o banho como o tubo estavam a ficar com água, obviamente, um problema de drenagem. Esta foi a terceira sala e não nos interessou ver mais quartos. Pedimos a Gabriella um reembolso, pois não iríamos ficar lá depois de três tentativas de obter uma sala adequada. Ela Disse que não tinha permissão para fazer reembolsos e me deu o SEU e-mail.Por isso, EU escrevo para você para reembolsar o pagamento Da nossa sala e o depósito. Obrigado por SUA atenção rápida a esta questão. Tivemos de reservar outro hotel em Spokane por mais dinheiro, porque Ramada não resolveu o problema apesar de três oportunidades para o fazer.
