First thing we noticed when walking in the room was a live stink bug in the middle of the bed. Found another dead one on the floor.

We checked into our room at 9pm on Friday evening. Upon walking in I felt like the room looked dirty. Bed was made, new towels, linens, etc. However the floor was absolutely disgusting. I immediately went to the front desk and told the assistant

I am a traveling nurse who works nights and the staff are flexible with early check in or a late check out which is GOLD for night shifters not wanting to pay for extra nights.

Our room heater wasn't on and it was a brisk 23 outside and 40 in our room. The side door to outside didn't close. We were in rm 120.

Carpet filthy, ceiling repairs bad, toilet so loose it rocks, room door had to be pulled to latch, outside side door didn't close to latch. Sleep with one eye open. Breakfast was good, check in good.

It was absolutely fine. It was quiet and the room was comfortable and clean. The hostess was friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was great. I just wish hotels would find better quality sausage links. They are the worst and all hotels serve them. Ugh!

My bed was not made very well.
The skirt around the bottom was half tucked in and half out. Carpet was stained and needed replacement. The pillows were small for a king size bed.

Hotel was nice good location. I didn’t like that it was so dark in pool area and the hot tub made strange noise. I would not use.
Also need new doors on room hard to open

The outside of the hotel was beautiful but the room was severely dated and not clean. Carpet was terrible. Not sure what the other rooms look like but ours was not good.
