We have a very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The services provided by Bruno at the concierge before , during and after our stay have been top notch. He helped us arrange the private vehicle to visit the different tourist spots prior to our arrival and we managed to maximise our 2 days one night stay visiting the souvenir shops, giraffe park and the national park immediately on arrival and the relaxing hotel massage services prior to dinner. He also assisted us to book the 3 different restaurants and the food were all to our satisfaction. Thanks again to Bruno for his efficient and attentive service. Our stay could not be better!

The hotel was in a great location and they provided a free shuttle to the airport. The room was clean and the room service was great. We had the lamb chops, highly recommend. However, no toothbrushes were provided in the room, we also called reception asking for some and the request was not fulfilled. Despite this, we would stay again. Very convenient for our transit.

This is a real treasure of a place! The atmosphere is old world charm, the food is fabulous at TATU. The bar is excellent with service and attentiveness to you needs. The gift shop is stellar for some nice jewelry. The facilities are clean as a whistle as they say...breakfast was outstanding with so many choices. The work out facilities are just super great, and the pool is heated. Ok, lastly the ambiance of colonial Africa just fills the air, from the art, to the breezes flowing freely through this wonderful hotel!

Great hotel in a great location! The check in process was smooth, the friendly staff fully engaged at the point of service. The two story hotel foyer was wonderfully furnished for an immediate photo shoot! The room was very clean and very spacious! I asked for one at height with a view! Hotel facilities boast: - fitness room (free for guests) - beauty parlour - two restaurants, although only one was open during my stay. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! - rooftop swimming pool,also closed during my stay -a great club bar! There was even a guest laundry room with washing machine and drying area (free for guests) Location is everything and this hotel is just a few minutes walk from a range of other local venues and restaurants, although who wants to stay too local in Naitobi, the city that Hever sleeps?

Reservámos um estadia de cinco dias em Sarova Stanley e, honestamente, foi a melhor decisão.A partir do momento em que chegamos, nós temos as boas-vindas do pessoal e cuidamos imediatamente das nossas bagagens. Quando eles entraram, eles cuidaram de nós com toalhas quentes e refrescos que eram absolutamente bonitos. Chegámos cedo ao hotel às 11h, apesar do check-in às 14h, eles imediatamente processaram tudo como nos deram consideração porque estamos viajando com um bebé, estamos tão felizes e eu mencionei que nos foi dada uma atualização! Sempre esperamos o pequeno-almoço, porque o almoço é o beijo do chef.A localização é incrível piscina é sempre limpa e não está cheia de pessoas. Stanley Sarova é um homem de loucura, e eu recomendo que fique com a família. Recomendo vivamente ficar neste hotel.

【清潔さ】 新しいホテルでとてもきれいでした。 お部屋は広く、かわいらしい感じ（ホテルの名前の通り全体的に宝石感があって素敵でした）で、快適でした。 サウナも利用したのですが、気持ちよかったです！ 【立地】 ナイロビ中心部からも行きやすく、近くにはおおきなショッピングモールもあり（車で行くことをおすすめします）、便利です。 徒歩圏内にはカフェやスーパーもあり、何も困りませんでした。 【サービス】基本は全て良かったのですが、最終日にホテルで食事をした際に、かなり大きな金額間違いがありました。クレジットカードで支払っていましたので、一度返金キャンセルをしてただしい内容で決済してほしいと伝えたところ、できないと言われ。差額分のワインを渡すのでこれでいいか、と言われた時は驚きました。飛行機の時間も迫っていたので、USDで現金での返金をお願いしたところ、できないと言われ、結局クレジットカードへの返金申請書面を書いて帰国。本当にきちんと返金されるのか帰国後も不安でしたが、返金対応されました。最後まで間違いを謝られることはなかったです。すごくいいホテルでしたので、最後の対応にはがっかりしました。

Nice hotel. More upmarket than others. Very clean and offers a good service. I would recommend they do some more maintenance however, especially with the men’s steam room. It’s quite run down.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Stay, Amazing Hospitality & a Beautiful Birthday Surprise! I had a wonderful stay at Iconic Hotel in Nairobi, and I must say the experience was exceptional! The food was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast spread was impressive! There was so much variety, with plenty of delicious options to choose from each morning. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, making my stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful birthday surprise! It was such a beautiful gesture and truly made me feel special and appreciated. I would also like to personally recognize Mary from housekeeping, who was absolutely amazing! Her attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism stood out. My appreciation also goes to the wonderful front desk team especially Karen and all the other staff members who made my stay memorable. The hospitality was genuinely heartwarming. The only two things I missed were having a swimming pool and being able to watch live football matches from the comfort of my room. As a football lover, that would have made the experience even more perfect! Aside from these minor points, everything was exceptional. The service, food, comfort, and hospitality exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Iconic Hotel, for making my stay and birthday so memorable. I would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nairobi! ❤️

O interior do resort era limpo e bonito, o que me fez querer ficar mais tempo. Todos os funcionários também foram simpáticos. O restaurante onde a apresentação aconteceu também era impressionante.
