Melhores hotéis com spa em Lombok

This was a treat as it’s a birthday celebration but it soon turned into a series of unfortunate events. The service and staff are amazing but their rooms have a serious bug problem. We woke up in the middle of the night to find our pillows covered with winged bugs that looked like ants, they were in the pillow and on the pillow, upon inspection there were more on the headboard and on the sofa by the window. We started to also notice dust piles on the floor in the room too, so we suspect they are eating at the wood. It was pretty alarming to find and have bugs crawling on your bed and we soon found out it was on our bags too. A staff member was quick to come to our room to inspect but the main team have already gone home. They allowed us to switch rooms but it looks like the problem is in the other room too. By the bed, more dust piles and on the sofa more bugs. It’s midnight so we sprayed the bed with bug spray and hope no more will crawl on us. As well as this their sink was blocked. We are both adventurous people, slept in the rainforest before, camped etc so we are not scared of bugs but when these could be termites or carpenter ants, our biggest worry is bringing them home. It’s not a nice situation for them either given their buildings are 200 years old. The next morning comes and the situation was not handled like a luxury hotel would. No one came to speak to us about it and no apology until I mentioned it at reception. The room they moved us to was also a smaller one so we effectively paid for a bigger room that we couldn’t stay in, this also wasn’t mentioned. There were positives like free bike usage, good cocktails, board games in lobby and a clean pool but I wouldn’t say this is a luxury hotel but more like a 3 star hotel with a 5 star mask. All in all, a birthday that wasn’t a treat.

The hotel is on the small island of gilit and is very peaceful. Hotel Restaurant environment Room and service did not leave us unsatisfied, the staff was super hospitable. Breakfast was very varied every day and we were taken care of in every way during the days we were there. Room 11 in particular, with its beautiful pool and lawn, was the only pity we couldn't stay there longer

This resort is everything 💯💯💯 It’s 10mins walk from the jetty to the resort. Resort is located at turtle point and is more quiet compared to the hotels/resorts near the jetty. You will be welcomed with cold towel and it is so soothing after walking under the hot sun. The resort is so beautiful from the outside and their room especially their bathroom is Da bomb!! Their staffs are so thoughtful and attentive. they They set up our room very nicely when they know we are coming for honeymoon. They gave us complimentary cake. Their breakfast spread is good and decent. By far the best resort I have stayed in Lombok with such a steal promo from agoda. Will definitely recommend couples to stay here and we will definitely be back to stay at AlMarik. Thanks you for the superb hospitality.❤️

Место хорошее рядом с черепахами . Но убирают виллу очень плохо , за неделю проживания убрали 2 раза , постель поменяли 1 раз !(((( на второй раз просто стряхнули веником с постели крошки , и не поменяли . Полы вообще никогда не мыли ( на вилле было очень много сороконожек 😭 ползли ночью прям по балдахину , пожаловалась ,оперативно переселили на другую виллу , там их было поменьше но ползали . В вотс апе быстро отвечают . Вода была из душа соленой и почти не лилась , горячей не было , но я так же об этом сообщила и всё исправили на пресную , хорошую воду с хорошим напором и горячую . Не понимаю почему сразу до заселения этого было не сделать . В целом , если бы изначально хорошо убирались и всё подготовили , то я бы с удовольствием приехала в следующем году .

O Hotel Sima TEM UMA estadia incrível.Um Lugar tão convidado para voltar depois de um dia ocupado EM Kuta. Quando você VAI para o hotel, o ruído exterior Parece desaparecer. Os miúdos amavam as piscinas, as quartos eram limpos com ar condicionado, o pequeno-almoço também era bom!Não hesitaria em recomendar este hotel a outros e eu definitivamente ficaria lá novamente quando em Kuta.

Location is very scenic and secluded. Staff is very friendly and polite. Room felt a bit wet (cause of rain season) and as a following - full of mosquitoes. Bedding and towels are greyish which added to the a bit worn-out feeling. Food in the restaurant is average although the idea behind it is quite nice, what’s lacking is the execution. Breakfast is poor, on our last day they run out of eggs, all other food was some kind of a heavy processed food leaving none options to eat except for fruits. Spa is good, clean and thoughtful massage for a reasonable price.

That was very good staying in Aruna Hotel. Very clean, modern hotel with very good service. 2 pools, big restaurant, delicious breakfast, very good Beach also with hotel bar, and the best is price! Very good price if you see home much you get in this package. I hope i will be back sometimes. P.S thank to all staff, you are very kind and helpfull.

Recentemente nos hospedamos no Jayakarta Lombok e tivemos uma experiência agradável no geral, graças à combinação de hospitalidade calorosa e belos cenários naturais. O destaque da estadia foi, sem dúvida, a equipe excelente e simpática, sempre acolhedora e atenciosa. O atendimento caloroso nos fez sentir em casa desde o momento da chegada. Eles até fizeram um upgrade do nosso quarto para ficar bem em frente à piscina, sem custo adicional, o que as crianças adoraram! As instalações gerais do hotel eram impressionantes. Da espaçosa área da piscina aos jardins exuberantes e bem cuidados, o resort tem um charme tranquilo e tradicional. Apreciamos particularmente o som das ondas quebrando suavemente ao longo do dia — ele adicionou um cenário maravilhosamente relaxante à nossa estadia. As vistas do pôr do sol do restaurante e da praia eram simplesmente deslumbrantes, oferecendo o cenário perfeito para jantares ou um momento tranquilo de reflexão. O café da manhã diário era uma delícia, com uma boa variedade de opções que atendiam a gostos locais e internacionais. Os preços dos alimentos em todo o hotel eram razoáveis, o que tornou as refeições no hotel convenientes e acessíveis. Dito isso, havia alguns pontos que poderiam ser melhorados. Os móveis dos quartos pareciam bastante antiquados, o que prejudicou um pouco o conforto geral. Além disso, não havia ferro de passar roupas nos quartos, o que foi um pouco inconveniente para estadias mais longas ou hóspedes participando de eventos. No sábado à noite, achamos a música excessivamente alta, tocando até por volta das 22h. Embora alguns hóspedes possam gostar do ambiente, ele pode não ser o ideal para quem busca uma noite mais tranquila, especialmente com crianças. Também notamos alguma inconsistência na qualidade da comida — o que era excelente em um dia, podia parecer mediano no outro. Além disso, embora a praia em si seja linda, costumava estar bastante suja devido à pesca local. Para seu crédito, a equipe do hotel se esforça visivelmente para mantê-la limpa. Outro ponto a ser considerado é a falta de comodidades nas proximidades. Não há caixas eletrônicos ou casas de câmbio a uma curta distância, portanto, os hóspedes devem planejar com antecedência. Por fim, o hotel não possui elevadores, o que pode ser um desafio para pessoas com dificuldades de mobilidade. No entanto, isso também contribui para sua atmosfera tradicional de resort, que muitos apreciarão. Это самый милый и дружелюбный отель, каждый сотрудник в мгновение окажет вам помощь и поддержку. У меня произошла авария, и самые добрые работники этого отеля, все без исключения, помогали и принимали участие в ремонте мотоцикла и оказывали мне помощь и содействие. Номера чистые и аккуратные. Уборка каждый день, иногда на завтрак подавали шведскую линию, иногда по меню. Все очень вкусно. Расположение великолепное. Но больше всего запомнилось- это доброта и любовь каждого .
