Perdi meus fones de ouvido. Estava claro no meu celular, mas o hotel não me ajudou e não se responsabilizou. Fui procurar os fones de ouvido com uma atitude de alto astral, e quem pediu reclamou. Ambos o gel de banho e xampu um líquido desconhecido

Staff hardworking and friendly nothing too much trouble- great location walkable from train, theatre and shops - bathroom was clean, modern fantastic shower and nice to have plenty of white thick soft towels- definitely return

Stayed again here for a night out at the theatre. Ideal location for train station , 10minute walk and the theatre less than 5 minute walk. Always friendly and polite staff. Clean and comfortable place to stay.

We wanted to stay in Southampton overnight before cruising the next day in order to save any last minute panics. For the price we paid it suited our purposes perfectly

Really poor service. Staff don’t seem to want to be there. Waited for 5 minutes or more to be seated for food whilst several staff just walked by. After saying I was just after dessert the waiter said ‘What desserts?’ and just glared at me. I explained that not having been given a menu (not offered a table) I didn’t know. If you want to feel welcome I wouldn’t stay here.

Cleanliness and house keeping issues but hotel is situated in center access is limited but due to road works check before you travel one way system meant it took you down one way street Parking is close once you can get to it £11 for overnight stay and a short walking distance Breakfast staff friendly good choice but again tables not clean

Stayed for 3 nights visiting family in Southampton.All the staff were super friendly and helpful.The room was clean, and everything was in working order.We ordered breakfast, and again, the staff were very helpful and we had a lovely breakfast every morning .Really cannot fault it for the price.
