It was clean. I'm not quite sure that it is a tourist hotel or a hotel for housing people who are looking for work. No heated pool and no hot tub.

I had a reservation for February 1 and leaving on the second just received a phone call from the hotel, telling me the room was not available ,disappointed as I already had plans. When I booked the room it was showing a king size bed was available so I booked it and now they’re telling me there is no king size bed available. this is the third time that they do this with one of my bookings where they’re telling me that the king size bed is not available. But every time when I go to the site, it is available so I book it.

This was my 3rd stay at El Delphine. It's not a fancy hotel but clean. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again!

My stay here was amazing. The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly, and the place was clean. Housekeeping was nice and did an amazing job (stayed for a week). When I got my room serviced, I always had fresh linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again.
