This the worst ripoff I ever had, the pictures are deceiving no such thing like a resort and or Hotel, this is more likely a 5th level motel so deceiving so highly priced for the real rooms quality. The phone line was death, I had to walk in to the lobby for service , I will rate this place - 1000 if it was possible , location is great but no quality parking control anybody can drive in and use a suppose to be a private beach for the guests, at check
Put time I asked for some kind of reference # and or statement and I was told to ask trip.com for my check out time and or check out statement after this lack
Of honesty ripoff I was highly concerned to be charge for extra time and or incidentals I never used and when I ask for some kind of evidence and or printout statement they call security to kick me out and if they didn’t was because Inturned my phone camera on

Pets are allowed, so beware if you have allergies. It’s rather old in the poolside rooms. We had to have maintenance out twice

We had a wonderful holiday in Isla. They have jacuzzi, , pool table, gaming room and we all had a lot of fun there with friends. The room is spacious and clean with a small fridge. I wish they could change the safe box to a microwave.

The room was not clean all the service I got was empty trash and fresh towels but sheets were never change since I arrived otherwise none other problems.

The carpet was stained all over. Twice we had huge bugs in room. Great view, but old and run down. Key and locks didn't always work. Basically, run down!

The hotel requires attention and renovation.
The room was in poor condition, with a strong unpleasant odor and inadequate cleanliness, which negatively impacted the overall experience.
Nice view of pool and garden is the only positive point of this property.

At arrival, the property charged $29.26 for “resort fees” that we did not request nor apply to.
When we asked for late check out we were told that they had hi occupancy and late checkout was not available. That was not true
