Front desk person wasn’t the kindest . For some reason I had issues with two different credit cards for incentives at the front desk. After I had already paid for the hotel room, we swiped one of my cards it was accepted, and then she claimed it was declined, although I could show her on my statement that the money was deducted, about 10 minutes later when I got to my room it was refunded. Also not my fault. They claim that this hotel is affiliated with the ****** but it’s not anywhere near it.
