This is a walk-on-go trip, and this Mane Harihalaya is the most wonderful part of this trip! First of all, the smile in the lobby is the friendly smile. The welcome is a cold and cool flavored drink and fresh fruit plate. You can have an extra bed according to your needs. The service is very good. The pool is clean and comfortable. In addition to swimming, Mochi, very very clean! In addition, it is worth a great deal of food in the hotel restaurant. It is simply color and smell to the point of breaking the table. Thank you to the hotel lobby and restaurant manager for a very happy trip to Angkor! Next time still choose Mane Harihalaya 👍👍

Spacious, relaxing and very clean hotel. I love the hotel interior - with minimal decor which made it look more elegant. The staff were very courteous; friendly but professional. We appreciated the early check in which gave us some needed sleep since our flight was past midnight. We tried the BBQ night by the pool accompanied by good music. The food at Lok Lak restaurant were great, if you wish to explore Cambodian dishes. Overall, it was a great stay.

It was a stunning experience to enter and see everything for the first time. The lobby and rooms have wonderful interior design that's both spacious and cozy, and the exterior design with the swimming pool perfectly matches everything else. We were also greeted by friendly and helpful staff who assisted us with every part of our stay. The food was also filling and delicious.

Excellent! I was shocked when I arrived at the door, such a simple door, but there is no cave after entering, the pool garden villa, there are frogs, black bees, and chameleons in the room. Those who haven't checked in on Ctrip have a score of 9.4 on booking. In the past, they were mostly occupied by Europeans and Americans. This time the entire hotel was filled by Chinese. Booked a room with a swimming pool and another whole building, each is very good, breakfast is also good, you can also order lunch and dinner, 20 minutes drive from the old market, suitable for guests with children and those who like nature and quiet

A wonderful boutique resort located an easy 10 minute tuk tuk ride from the centre of Siem Reap. Our suite was extra spacious comprising of comfortable sitting / sleeping areas separated by a slated timber screen. The wardrobe and large bathroom were at the back of the room with again good separation. Lovely decor and being a new resort in perfect condition throughout. The king size bed was so comfy and we much appreciated the kettle, tea & coffee and the water which was replenished daily. Our balcony was spacious and overlooked the gorgeous gardens and pool, as did most suites (request a suite with best possible pool view when booking). The pool was fabulous and larger than expected- beautifully maintained and so refreshing to take a dip in the searing heat. Plenty of pool lounges and I imagine a short supply of lounges would be a rarity even during periods of high occupancy. The tropical gardens were lush and so pretty and there was such a lovely ambiance and sense of calm throughout the resort. Breakfast was al a carte and dining by the pool each morning was so pleasurable and we always looked forward to our morning cappuccino made with love by the gorgeous Saphor (??). Our rate included a Khmer lunch or dinner which we opted to take as a lunch on our final day before heading to the airport. Unfortunately we were time poor and had to totally rush through the meal (thank you Saphor and chefs for making this happen) which was truly delicious and a dining by the pool was a lovely way to end a wonderful 5 night stay at Angkor Privilege. Our rate included a 60 minute massage for 2 and my partner proclaimed his as the best ever. I’ve experienced many a massage in Asia and this one didn’t disappoint although candles, an oil burner, spa music would further enhance the experience. I chose this property on the basis it was around 10 minutes from the city centre and not once regretted this decision. We did 3 days of tours with our chosen operators including pick up and drop off from the resort. We did a 2 day temple tour and were last to be picked up and first to be dropped off which was a bonus. From 5pm Angkor Privilege provides a comp tuk tuk ride to the city centre for guests and as tourist numbers were down our driver was always happy to hang around and take us back to the resort a couple of hours later costing us U$4.00 a pop. And finally to the beautiful team at Angkor Privilege. So friendly and accommodating and such an asset to this wonderful property. Thank you to Saphor, Mary and the rest of the amazing team for your warm hospitality. We wish you nothing but the best in this very difficult time and hope the resort along with all members of the team will be back up and running sooner rather than later. The shower drain was broken, air conditioner didn’t work well.. but staffs were nice, they can speak English and when I called them to fix problem they talked to me kindly. I'm Japanese, but it's like a rural hotel? I was able to stay while enjoying the silence of Cambodia slowly. I think it is suitable for the elderly.

We loved this hotel which, for the price paid was exceptional value. Do not be concerned, as you arrive, by the hotels setting which is near to a busy road and near to other businesses. Once you step through their gate, you'll be welcomed into a real oasis of peace, calm and friendliness. All the staff were polite and friendly but I would particularly like to thank Samrach, who really couldn't have been more helpful upon arrival and throughout, ensuring that we were happy and had no concerns. Being situated on the edge of town makes access to the historic sights/sites easy and the hotel offers its own uniformed tuk-tuk service to take you into town for restaurants etc, which can be charged to your room and makes finding them later much easier! The hotel has two swimming pools set in a tropical landscape and I had an excellent, inexpensive, Khmer massage. The rooms are a good size and well decorated. Our ground floor room had a lovely private balcony area, shaded by tropical foliage and looking our on the smaller of the pools. The whole feel of the place is to make the guests feel relaxed and comfortable. It's smart, but not overwhelmingly so. Breakfast was fine, if a little hit or miss on what would be available when you arrive, but being available until circa 10.30 means that you can visit temples etc early and still return for breakfast/brunch and relaxation before going out again in the afternoon for sunsets. Having reasonably priced accommodation enabled us to go a little 'mad' in our choice of dining options, where we visit three incredible (and very different) restaurants, Embassy Khmer Gastronomy, Cuisine Wat Damnak and Malis. (reviewed elsewhere). If you're prepared to pay 'western prices' for food then you'll be treated to some exceptional, indeed at times exquisite, dishes. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone, except possibly the most fussy and status driven potential guests.

Tell you what, I was easily blown away by arriving at Siam Reap lethargically awaiting to sleep at some generically named hotel. Never would I expect that this ”Smiling Hotel” was, in fact, a metropolis of accommodation. With hundreds of rooms, the vacancy is almost always certain. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, truly made sure that I was enjoying my time at Smiling Hotel. The rooms in question are jaw-dropping, with constant room service, interface, TV, mini-fridge, daily water bottles, AC, bath, and shower. This is complemented by either a view of the two enormous pools within or a beautiful view of Siam Reap, especially at night! One downside, however, is the internet connection, which is very sluggish and derails my downtime here a tad bit. Still, I needn't use the internet with so much to offer. I forget that this hotel has a gym, massage place, nail salon and did I mention two pools? If I could summarize this entire hotel by one word/phrase it would be: over the top. This place goes 120% to make sure you have a good stay, and it is not even necessary, as even without some components such as quality food I would still enjoy my stay here. Possibilities are endless here at Smiling Hotel, and if I choose to return to Siam Reap this would be my go to.

Beautiful Hotel with Two Swimming Pools! Very nice hotel service. Good food at hotel restaurant. Welcomed by the hotel ***agement, very helpful on providing tourism information in Siem Reap. Hotel location is perfect, close to the local bin market and Angkor wat check point. Best location ever in this beautiful town. Only 15 minutes Tuk Tuk ride to Angkor Wat and other temples. 10 minutes walk to the Palm Container Night Market. Only 2usd tuk tuk into town. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel

We stayed at the Isann Lodge in SIem Reap for 6 nights and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to base ourselves. Special mentions must go to the reception staff, Socheata, Mouykea, The barman Chheav and of course the experience manager / GM, Evan. All went above and beyond in their duties to ensure we had the most pleasant and flawless stay and did so with the most enormous smile and enthusiasm. The Isann Lodge is a hidden gem, slightly out of town but getting around is easy with tuktuks right outside. the pool area is a heavenly sanctuary, a true jungle experience with palms, fruit trees and exotic flowers enveloping it. The hotels’ Farm to table affiliation is also an absolute delight. A short tuktuk ride away along a dusty track, a lodge appears, festooned in twinkling lights .. again a truly magical experience. All in all I would highly recommend to travellers looking for an authentic Khmer style hotel, full of character and quirkiness and one that when you wake up, there is no doubt in your mind that you are in the heart of Cambodia.
