Heater is not warm enough to keep the room of 3 beds warm. We complained abt it and the staff said that nothing he can do abt it as the room is big and the heater coverage is not enough. Breakfast needs improvement.

Breakfast was very good, and the staff were super helpful. We were stuck at Huang Long Scenic Area and couldn’t call a taxi and the staff kindly helped us to call one.

酒店不錯，還未到店服務人員就打電話問預估到店時間，幫我們提前打開了空調和電毯，很暖心；房間設施設備齊全完善，乾淨衞生無異味，服務熱情周到，早餐很好，更有特色的是酥油糌粑茶，味道很正；此次一路走來唯一沒踩雷的一家酒店，推薦！

酒店無論是客房，還是過道、大堂、停車場都很乾凈整潔。由於晚上氣温低至-4度，酒店工作人員還專門給每輛私家車前擋風玻璃蓋了一塊紙箱皮，避免結霜。總之，方方面面都滿意，而且才11月初就按照淡季出售，真合算。
