Great place for people with young families. Food was nice but felt abit repeative but that's what you normally get with all inclusive. Staff were lovely from entertainment staff to the reception and food hall staff. My only suggestion of improvements would be having a coffee machine accessible all day. The dinning area opens for breakfast at 8am and nowhere to get a coffee from before this. We had a kettle in our room but was given decaff coffee sachets twice during our weeks stay and I went to reception to see if they had anymore coffee on two occasions and they said they didn't have any. I have stayed at other places all been able to get a coffee from a machine early morning. Just a suggestion as I saw a guy taking a coffee out the dinning area to be told he couldn't and he was given two plastic glasses to put the coffees in.

The minute we walked in they offered us a free upgrade to a 1bedroom the room was tended daily staff couldn’t be more friendly not one in 11 days was off reception staff helpful beyond duty food was themed from Mexican to Chinese from Spanish to Sunday roast it was just what we need

The staff at the hotel were fantastic, great sized pool and large selection of food in the restaurant, we particularly looked forward to the evening entertainment where Cedric and his team made everyone feel incredibly welcome whilst putting on a top notch show!

Wonderful family holiday . Fabulous entertainment team who work so hard to entertain the children . Quiet location just a five minute walk to the Marina and shops and bars . Fabulous food and something for everyone . Rooms are great with a seperate living area which is great when you want to stay awake longer than your little ones. The only downside for us was coming accross an extremely rude pregnant lady who had no manners whatsoever ! My grandchild has special needs and was wearing a swim nappy when I removed her from the pool and took of her swim bodysuit I realised her nappy was soiled she has started to remove it herself so I promptly changed her at the side of the lounger , nappy sacks at the ready , all done and dusted in two minutes ! Hands sanitized ! It’s happened to the best of us with kids at a kids pool area ! This vile women took it upon herself to inform me I was disgusting and used the F word in front of many children and then continued to sit there nodding her head . I hope as she’s pregnant she never finds herself in a similar situation with her child in the future ! Thankfully she left for home the next day ! Apart from this one sad individual the rest of the holiday was perfect and would 100% return .

We have just got back from a week here and it was a truly wonderful experience. Our first family holiday abroad, we took our two kids who are nearly 4 and 21 months old and they absolutely loved it. Lots to go through so I'll try and break it down bit by bit. Room Room was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. A pool view would have been nice but we got to see some lovely sun sets on the balcony. Shower was excellent, bath a bit small, but who wants a hot bath on holiday? Food We're all vegetarians and found there was loads of options at the all inclusive restaurant. All the food seemed fresh and was all very tasty. Plenty of stuff for the kids although they ended up eating pizza and chips most nights as that's what kids do. Pool Kids pool was fun, it was only small but with water slides that small kids could enjoy and a baby pool to paddle in. Yes the pools were very cold but you get used to that quickly and the indoor pool was slightly warmer if you just want a swim. There's also a separate, quieter pool that is great if you just want some peace and quiet. Other facilities Pretty cool to have an astroturf football pitch, great if that's your thing. Kids playground was small but functional and plenty to keep our 2 entertained although the bigger slide did get very hot in the sun. Bars were fine. Local area It's a small town but there's plenty of bars and shops and it's very picturesque. There are two beaches, we went to the nearer one which was fine but the sea wasn't really swimmable. The other one is a little further but apparently much nicer. Nearest shop was about 200m from the resort and has everything you need. Staff The staff were phenomenal. Really can't praise them enough, from the moment we checked in there was nothing too much trouble. The guides, Ivy and Elise were really helpful and friendly and our little girl loved them so much she insisted on saying goodbye before we left. The healthy eating stickers for the kids really helps them try new stuff. The restaurant staff were all lovely and healthy, Sidi the pizza chef really went above and beyond for us, bringing whole pizzas over to tables and also preparing some extra vegetarian stuff for us. The entertainment staff were great, all the activities were fun to play and really well organised and explained. They seemed to have boundless energy when doing the kids discos and activities. We didn't see the people who ran the kids club much but the kids loved going so I'm sure they did a great job. All in all it was a superb first foreign holiday since having the kids and would definitely look at coming back here. Thanks to everyone who helped make our holiday so special.

Worst holiday we have ever had. I went with my husband and 2 year old toddler. We went for 7 days and for 4 or 5 of those days, all 3 of us were extremely ill with a stomach bug. A lot of people at the hotel were ill. We had a letter posted under our door to stay indoors, we had to ask for a deep clean. I am also pregnant, this was the worst stomach bug I've had before so was concerned for the baby. But for the actual hotel, I felt it was not clean and germs were easily spread. There was one entertainment staff, which I will not name was incompetent at his job and my son got injured because of his lack of care and attention. He chipped a tooth, cut his lip, chin and bruised his cheek. I am making a formal complaint with TUI as my son now has a broken tooth. Ivy and the girls handled our complaint well, and I would like to thank them for that and for acknowledging our upset with the situation. On the last night, my husband came down with tonsillitis too. On our last day, I saw a child have a diarrhea poo in a nappy in the pool (which leaked into the pool) and the parents just changed her on a sunbed and did not wash their hands. Which is probably adding to all the germ spreading in the hotel. It was disgusting as being pregnant and just getting over the stomach bug, the whif of runny poo coming downwind to me was making me gag. Then the mother berated me for shaking my head. Overall, very upset at how ill we have been and my son hurting himself. Giving it a two star because the food was actually really good (when we could eat it) and the chefs and maids were really nice and Ivy and the girls (sorry I can't remember their names).

We would never return back to this hotel again! We would go back to Menorca but not this hotel. 3 out of the 4 of us come down with the worst gastro bug we have ever experienced. Including my 1 year old baby! We only enjoyed 3 days of our week holiday as was in the room the rest of it! Back home now and all still feeling rather poorly. Tui reps over there was shocking and advised 10-15 a day was becoming ill but nothing was being done was horrendous. They had no sympathy for the situation and actually moaned to me about the tui staff coming down with it to like it was incovience for them. Letters through all doors to explain situation but nothing done as advised would be about this. No deep clean sick duvue in our room for 2 days before this was even taking away I asked twice for this to be removed house keeping rude! They should be warning people about what’s happening over there instead of trying to hide the issue. That was our first holiday abroad as a family of 4 and it was totally ruined. My 4 year old was so upset watching us all so poorly and not being able to even leave the room. Paid all inclusive for 7 nights only had food for 3 and used the complex for 3 days also. Never been to such a bad place that showed no customer service skills. No wonder no one was interacting as everyone we spoke to had already come down with this, or knew someone that had it. Don’t expect it from a 4 star hotel have made a formal complaint to tui and will be pursuing this as it not right at all!
