Heide Park Abenteuerhotel

The stay at the hotel and park was amazing from food to drinks at the bar in the hotel, just one minus point with the check- in , at the time between 4pm and 6pm where guests coming back out of the park, to have just 1 person at the desk wasn't great, would have been good at least 2 members of staff between these hours. Loved my room and made def use of the bathtub in the room. In the park itself due to off season, the queues were acceptable and price/ food sizes were OK too. Def coming back to the hotel and park in the future.

Stayed there one night and got access for two days to the park. The hotel it self is very good compared to other amusement park hotels I have stayed at. The dinner buffet was excellent and everybody found something to enjoy. The same can be said about the breakfast. We enjoyed the indoor pool and saunas.

Good: - Clean resort rooms - Well organised and planned areas - Best for families with small kids - Intense roller-coster rides - Food choices are great Constructive: - Checkin checkout time are really worst (4PM-10AM) its like kicking ppl out early and if we need to checkin early we need to pay extra :( - Printed map is very hard to read and not helpful - Food court menu is not explanatory - could publish menu outside restaurant (we need to go in each restaurant to see the menu)

The room is amazing. The decoration definitely makes us feel like we are in a dreamy world. The receptionist was really friendly as well. We also have dinner at the restaurant. The food is all right simple and delicious. Really have a good stay.

Great infrastructure, great attractions, beautiful gardens, very gentle and veeeeeeeeeery friendly staff! The park was not so full, what allowed us to really enjoy the attractions. The only downside, as always, is the food... Healthier options would be welcome, such as fresh fruits for breakfast.

We stayed at this hotel two times in 2022, in May and October. We loved Heide Park and we enjoyed staying at Abenteuerhotel. For both visits we scored good value package deal which includes Heide Park tickets for the days we stayed there, breakfast, and dinner (for one of our stay). The kids always had a blast at Heide Park and at the Abenteuerhotel: their sleeping space, the swimming pool, the laser game room, the hotel indoor playground (it was closed during our visit in October), and the people who entertained around the hotel: Heide Park bear, clown, pirate! The hotel in general and the rooms are clean and spacious. You can find many spacious and clean toilets too. The breakfast was really good, dinner buffet was good with many choices. We celebrated a birthday breakfast (last minute) and they prepared it nicely. They have a nice bar / pub to chill (we didn’t order anything as we had full buffet including drinks before we went there). All staff were lovely and helpful. Staff at the restaurant was very quick in clearing up the dishes. Online Registration for breakfast, dinner, swimmingpool & spa was needed but it was good to avoid crowd. We recommended this hotel & park to our friends too.

Just one night stay here will give you entrance to the park for two days. Also the park opens 30 mins earlier for the hotel staying guest that was nice. We stayed in pirate room and our kids loved it. Breakfast and dinner was good with variety of dishes. There is a small pool with slides and sauna in the hotel which you can use after booking the time online. The staffs were good in speaking English and the service was excellent.

Booked the Allround Package in the Adventure Hotel, and we couldn’t be more happy about our experience! 1. The hotel I booked the captains room in the hotel as part of the all round package for around 270€. This included the hotel room, tickets for the park on two days when you stay one night, and also the buffet for dinner and breakfast. The room was absolutely stunning, with a wooden bath tub in the bedroom and a wonderful view to the outside area, with joyful music playing outside. Room was very clean and it was a pleasant stay. What really shocked us was the amazing buffet, especially the dinner buffet. It can be compared to any five star hotel buffet. Not only did my Girlfriend have a plethora of vegan/vegetarian options that actually tasted good, but there was a abundance of food for meat lovers too, including actual home made roast beef(!!!) and Schnitzel. It was huge and the options were amazing, with beer and wine included. The breakfast was amazing too, with all the things you would expect from a luxury hotel breakfast. Staff was super friendly and motivated. Can’t wait to go back some time! 2. The Park To keep it frank: THE best amusement park in Germany. So many amazing rides that could satisfy most adrenaline junkies and many rides for children and families too. The park itself is absolutely beautiful and we were lucky enough to come here during off-season, where we waited a maximum of 20min per ride, while the average was around 3-5 min. All in all an amazing experience and one we will never forget.

Would have recommended the hotel to stay at the park with spacious themed rooms for families and kids. Unfortunately the management seems to prioritise corporate events and late night parties with loud music and outdoor crowds until 3am in the morning (!). Stay away as far as you can if your kids (or you) like to sleep at night.
