Estadia muito boa. Acomodações ótimas, pessoal atencioso e praia excelente. A comida, apesar de abundante, deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente pelo excesso de cozimento de carnes e frutos do mar e fornecimento de alguns pratos preparados com muita antecedência.

This was our 4th visit. The resort and staff are great. The food is mediocre at best. I’ve never seen so many hotdogs incorporated into food. It wasn’t a cheap resort either. Hibachi was really good. We will try a new place next time.

No pool service either.. Hqve to get your own towels, chairs, water.. etc..

Ponds were dirty unattractive, plastic cups in buffet near pool smelled terrible the pool bar is dirty and smells terrible

We loved the wildlife and the layout of the resort. The entertainment team was engaging and there was lots happening at the theatre. We were disappointed in the restrictions on a la carte dinners, the reduction in the in room bar (no liquor and only 2 beers per day) and there was no variation in breakfast and lunch options.

The new transportation system with M2W for shuttles from the airport to the resort needs work in their bookkeeping and scheduling. Was better before when Iberostar looked after everything..
Also, would be nice to be able to make dinner reservations in advance of arrival, especially for large groups such as our 20 .

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is older and the buffet was just okay. The hibachi was amazing! We would have liked to have been able to make more than three specialty restaurant reservations, as we were there for 8 days and could only make three reservations and had to spend the other nights at the buffet. The staff and entertainment were both awesome!
