The service at this resort is phenomenal. We were a large group for spring break and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with everything scheduling transportation to scheduling excursions.

Como descrever o indescritível? Vou tentar! Primeiro o visual é espetacular. Depois o conforto é algo aconchegante. Todo o staff simpático e prestativo. Alguns você consegue memorizar o nome, como o Baldo, Esther, e um outro que me atendia em um dia, de noite e no dia seguinte lá estava ele de novo, cedinho com um sorriso, o Daniel! Me senti especial, mesmo sendo um famoso NADA! A comida estava também algo fenomenal. Recomendo demais o Filete de Rés, o Burrito de Pollo e o de Camarão, que comi no Palms. No Wine comi uma Costela que estava algo de outro mundo! Desmanchava na boca, e bebi um excelente vinho para acompanhar. Comida Japonesa no Jade também excelente. Os animadores na piscina e as apresentações à noite também, muito legais. As companhias da família contribuíram para a experiência, né? Vou embora com o coração cheio de amor, e muitas memórias na cabeça! Compartilho com vocês as fotos de pedaços de memória que carrego. Podem ir que não vão se arrepender! Gostaria que os responsáveis pelo Generations dessem um abraço nestes garçons que mencionei! Eles fazem a visita ao lugar se tornarem especial.

my review is not for Generations the resort (we stayed their in 2023 and El Dorado this year) but for Andres - the concierge over at Generations. Andres was our concierge in 2023. We became friends and have kept in touch throughout the year. Although we stayed on Royale this time, Andres made time to come over to see us, and us over to see him at Generations. While he was not my concierge this time, he went above and beyond helping me with some reservations I needed as well as answering a ton of questions I had throughout the year. Andres is a friend! If you are lucky enough to get him as your concierge, you will not be disappointed.

The staff could not be nicer or more willing to help. Everyone goes out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The restaurants are incredible for an all inclusive. The drinks are delicious. We brought our baby and they had everything we needed at the resort - a crib/monitor/etc. It’s not a big resort, but if you are looking for a short relaxing vacation, this is great!

Came this week for a wedding. They had weddings daily and multiple of them. This resort is super small. They would have parties/receptions at night and it would be loud music all night till at least11-12am. All rooms surround the pool. Music played all day there. There was no true peace and relaxing unless it was the beach. But they have So much concrete and sand bars that you can’t even enjoy the water nor can you even get in without stepping on rocks there was hardly anybody who was able to enjoy the beach water. No ocean swim at all. The food was subpar. The breakfast buffet was ok but lunch and dinner The portions were extremely small, literaly they gave me a third of a corn on the cob, about 8-10 fries and 4 tiny ribs with hardly any meat. and the drinks were watered down unless you asked for more alcohol. If it wasn’t for us being able to use El Dorado’s restaurants, we would not have had any decent dinners. The wedding dinner was much nicer go figure they paid more. The front entrance lobby is very mediocre. There’s not a great welcome there. It does not feel like paradise when you arrive. The one great thing was the staff. This place needs a total overhaul.

Diego was the best!!!! Give him a raise!! He gave us the best experience I. The world and the hotels bed were so comfy. And I love how the trip was all expenses paid.thw Bali beds we the best things to lay on watching the sunrise or sunset. All of the restaurants had some of the best food I've ever had in my life. This whole experience is a trip of a lifetime and I can't wait to come back for another exciting trip to generations Riviera Maya!

Check in was lacking any information even when we were told “butler” would help. The front lobby had no one to greet us or bell hop. Time was limited when available to ask for help. Check in map and amenities were not explained. We found most restaurants were hard to get into. Most workers were texting on mobile devices vs providing services. Highlight was drivers between resorts who went out of their way to stop, help or provide info. Don’t recommend for the cost to make a reservation.

We enjoyed all of the restaurants. However, the room next to ours was getting renovated and they made so much noise that my toddler had a hard time napping and going to bed. We complained and nothing was done. Also, we were on the side of the hotel that was away from all restaurants which made it difficult with a toddler.

Chef Fabian mejia at jade was amazing super nice out going came to the table introduced him self and help explain the menu the food was amazing the duck main course the sushi (all the sushi yes we had all of them) the bao bun to die for the teriyaki chix the only down fall is the limited space in my tummy
