*2/5 Stars - Worst Experience at Hotel Surya Executive* I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Hotel Surya Executive. What was once a decent hotel has deteriorated to a shocking level. The front desk staff were arrogant, provided false commitments, and had the audacity to change the room price at checkout. The manager and staff seemed completely uninterested in resolving our issues. The room itself was plagued with problems: no hot water, bugs in the bed and toilet, and pillows that were ridiculously huge. To add insult to injury, they didn't even provide mineral water bottles, instead offering plain bottled water. Cockroaches roamed freely in the room, and the staff had the nerve to beg for tips. The only redeeming quality was the food, which was good but overpriced. Overall, the management and staff at Hotel Surya Executive have created a toxic environment that prioritizes exploiting customers over providing decent service. I was a regular customer, but this experience has ensured I'll never return. I strongly advise against recommending this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available that uphold their commitments and offer fair prices. Hotel Surya Executive's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction will ultimately lead to their downfall.
