A suite Junior era maravilhosa, principalmente um apartamento de estúdio com uma cozinha e janela bem equipada, janelas grandes, uma área de estar privada com varanda e um espaço de reserva extensivo.O banheiro era muito moderno com uma ducha muito alta. As camas eram muito confortáveis e a sala era grande, com um sofá, e certamente um BOM Lugar para ficares curtos e longos. Houve algumas pequenas inconveniências no quarto, MAS nada afetou a nossa estadia (a água parecia escorregar sobre a porta do chuveiro para o tapete do chuveiro; o assento de banho era muito rígido e alto para abrir/cerrar; os capacetes eram muito amplos, mas estranhomente curtos para acomodar aquelas extras, de modo que eram demasiado pequenos para pegar roupas de comprimento completo; a iluminação automática dentro dos capacetes não desligava corretamente; e o nosso cartão chave parou de trabalhar no meio de nossa estadia e teve de ser fixado no O hotel está Muito perto de um paragem de tram, então é fácil chegar ao centro da cidade, e também é Muito perto do Centro cultural.É um pouco Mais de um trem para caminhar para a cidade, MAS ainda é possível EM 20 minutos ou assim. O hotel está localizado numa pequena rua, à frente da estrada principal, e a caminhada lateral que o leva é muito estreita e em desconforto.Você não Pode imaginar que o interior do hotel é tão elegante e moderno com base na área mais antiga.

Hotel was nice, glad that I’ve found it online, it’s hard to find a good hotel to book online due to tons of negative feedbacks, but this one has a great feedback so I booked it. And it did not disappoint me. Hotel is clean with good fragrance that you can smell the moment that you’ll enter the lobby / reception. Service is great, friendly and accommodating staff. The room is spacious, seems like a 4 star room for me. They serve breakfast, with tons of seats where you can relax after check in while waiting for your next trip or flight. I forgot my bag in their lounge area / lobby before I went to their restaurant to take coffee. Then was in a hurry to go to the car service I booked outside when it was already time to go to the bus station going to Romania. After arriving at the bus station, I noticed that my bag is not in my possession, when I was about to get my other phone. Because I have other luggages to carry and was in hurry. I was worried sick that it will be lost, my bag, glad that it was there. The staff handed it over, they kept it, and nothing was missing. After getting it, I got an email from the booking app where I booked the hotel, telling me that Amar Design Hotel contacted them saying that I left my bag at the hotel. And they were asking for my contact number to reach me, they were to kind to do that right immediately. But I already got the bag. Still thankful and grateful to their staff. I would definitely check in here again when I get back to Sofia, and will recommend it to friends who are traveling here. Thank you. It was a nice stay, and their service made it even great!

Positives: Great location. Minutes to Serdica, Lion’s Bridge metro stations and easy access to public buses, shops and eateries. Room was spacious and clean. Negatives: the door to enter the room is hard to open from inside- u need to step into the bathroom in order for the door to open wide. The area outside the room is not soundproof so the noise when people talk (in my case, kids talking and crying) is very loud and clearly heard.

O hotel está perfeitamente localizado no centro de Sofia, o serviço é bom, mas não tão atento como o que eu uso da Intercontinental... você esperaria um serviço de atenção excepcional do hotel. (Diga-lhes que era o MEU aniversário, por exemplo, e não um aniversário feliz) As quartos são muito espaçosos, spa e fitness são muito bonitos e o restaurante Adore tem muito bom alimento.

Best 5 star property in Sofia hands down. .The room was spacious with contemporary and minimalist design but still very functional. There's even a divider between the bathroom to the rest of the room so it felt like staying in a junior suite instead. .The facilities were amazing, best indoor pool I've been to ever. It was fitted with all the aqua techs which provide so many massage options. There's also 2 types of saunas, a salt room, a steam room and even a ice tube filled with ice. .The food at the hotel restaurant was amazing .The service was so good because I was very frustrated and hangry as the QR code and the TV ordering system didn't work and I called the restaurant repeatedly and no one picked up. So I went down and spoke to Daria, who listened to my concerns and personally took me to the restaurant so that I can order something from the restaurant menu that I really wanted to take back to the room which is not supposed to be done. Diana from In Room Dining even came to deliver the food to my room for me, which actually wasn't her job. I felt looked after and treated like a guest in a 5 star property. To top it up, we decided to have lunch at the hotel restaurant after checked out and met Vladislav, who gave us an amazing service from food to drinks. Absolutely perfect. I will definitely come back to stay here next time I am in Sofia and will recommend it to everyone who's coming to Sofia.

Superb location. In the city centre. Historical palace. Modern interior designs of the rooms. Soft & fresh bed sheets/towels. Big rooms. Spotless clean. Great amenities with gym. Delicious with big variations of breakfast. Helpful and great staff. Fast check in & out. Walking distance to all landmarks of the capital. Public transportation is only 1-2 min walk. The only thing that miss were the absence of extra tooth paste and tooth brush. The rest were ok. Highly recommend. Definitely comeback here soon.

Nice clean standard Ibis Hotel. Airport shuttle available every 20 minutes, very convenient service; 5-8 minutes drive. Two minors issues with the room; external bathroom door knob was missing and some water leaks under the sink. The housekeeping should observe such small details and act accordingly. Comdortable bed, good aircon. Some teabags and coffee should be made available in-room for guests. Restaurant's prices are a little high ~20€ for a good and decent hamburger. Breakfast buffet ok. Reception, restaurant and shuttle's staff were all friendly and responsive. In all a good and very decent no frills airport hotel.

Best hostel I've ever stayed at, especially at this price, nothing even comes close in Europe. So much privacy, felt like my own hotel room. The design is funky and unique too. Will definitely not forget this stay!

The hotel has a spa and fitness center. Compared to Western European spas in hotels, here you might receive one towel if you ask at the spa reception. Otherwise there are no others on disposal and there is no water dispenser. You have to buy it or bring it with you. The saunas could be more clean, especially the steam sauna, which was very dirty in the evening. To swim in the pool you need to buy a swimming cap. The food at the breakfast was very delicious, compared to other experiences I made in Sofia. It could be maybe different every day, because the only difference was how the potatoes were prepared. In any case, you have a variety of food to eat and you will not be hungry. I was in another Ramada hotel and this one was on a lower level than the one in Bucharest and needs a renovation in the rooms or in the restaurant. The chairs were dirty there.
