One of the best hotels i had a pleasure to stay in. Clean, spacious rooms with an amazing view. Breakfast is nice. Amazing SPA and swimming pool. Huge thanks to Front Desk and Concierge team for a wonderful holiday.

It’s a gorgeous luxury hotel with beach view. There is everything you may need, from Recreation: Tennis court, kids club , Fitness center to Luxury small boutique of Italian Brands. The room is spacious and elegant with all the necessary amenities. It has large minibar with delicious snacks. - wonderful food and professional service from the restaurants , loved the Asian restaurant with the sea view . - Breakfast buffet is exceptional. - Spa : We tried Balinese couple massage. It was amazing . (Widiya- Balinese herself) - was just Amazing . She made sure I was Comfortable and relaxed the most. - Excellent service from all the staffs. They made sure we had Amazing time. Also I want to highlight, on arrival , we remember that we forgot a medicine and didn’t want to go back to the city center to buy it, we asked the hotel Reception if they could help us to buy it . They arranged it very quick.

A year ago I was here. I liked everything. This year there have been changes with the hotel and places not in the best. In the restaurant, apart from the beautiful interior and appearance, upset absolutely everything. You wait half an hour, drinks. Which can bring in the first 5-10 minutes. Terrible service from the waiter Daria, with a high, as if doing a favor when answering questions. Irritated, unwilling to serve. In general, apparently, bad luck with the waiter. I think for such a place it is unacceptable. Food for two plus. Ordered a thin cheek. We brought us a piece of beef from a residential that does not chew. And it should decay from softness. It was not possible to eat - remark. The chef justified that such brought meat and cook softer is not possible. Food and beverage prices at the restaurant are, in my opinion, unreasonable.

The hotel itself is beautiful, also all rooms are ok. We liked the territory of the resort, it is almost like a dendrarium. First disappointment is that they totally ignore all.accor privilege status, most of the usual perks will be available. This is the first time that a accor hotel had so little regard for the loyalty status. Second disappointment is that the hotel is not safe, keep your eye on your belongings. We have forget airpods pro in a hotel room after checking out and they said they were never found (but we know for a fact that they were left in the hotel room which is also confirmed by locator). Breakfast were moderate, not suitable for 5* hotel, but ok, that is not the main thing at the seaside. They have very good restaurants in the hotel. Wifi speed is fair. For a 4* hotel I would put 5* review if they wouldn't stole my airpods, but for a 5* hotel I would say it is a weak 4*.

Price was very high for what it was. Room rather small. Decor a bit tired and needed a refurb. Gross old stickers on the glass partition between bathroom and bedroom. Contents of minibar low quality and not very special. Staff in spa very grumpy and unfriendly. Breakfast not v good, v cramped and busy area. Fresh orange juice mixed with concentrate. Cheap, unattractive place mats on tables. food at breakfast was mostly cold. Interior design in breakfast cafe very old and not very nice. Dark room, hasn't been refurbed for a v long time. Lobby area cluttered with unattractive nick-nacks and strange soft-toy shop. Old chairs in lobby, look like they were fashionable maybe 20 years ago. Staff not apologetic over delays to service. No slippers or dressing-gowns in the spa. Bar staff grumpy and not friendly. Not 5-star service.

Very good stay swimming pool in winter also working . Rooms very big and good.. located need beach . One of the best hotel . Hope wil visit Summer once . They offering Audi Q7 free rent but need to book early the trip . City center just 4km from the hotel .

We visited this hotel in early October 2021 and celebrated my mother's birthday - 80 years old. Both mom and our guests were very pleased. The hotel and restaurant Bao staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot, everyone! Mom has been worked at this hotel more than 50 years ago, when it was still a Soviet Intourist. We were nostalgic and recall the times when this hotel was the best in Sochi. However, even now Kamellia Swiss hotel keeps the standards of hospitality and comfort very high. The hotel meets its 5 stars and provides guests with the highest level of hospitality. The hotel has its own beautiful park, a great beach, a wonderful spa complex and Bao Restaurant with amazing cuisine and stunning views. The hotel is located very close to the center of old Sochi (5 minutes by car), but at the same time it is isolated enough to make you feel completely secluded. We highly recommend Kamelia if you want to relax and have a decent rest.

Amazing place! This place been recommended to me one of my friends from Canada and once we have landed in Sochi we decided to visit this beautiful Resort and Spa. One of the kind location in the city central area, super clean and well maintained surrounded territory, secured with just amazing views from the pool. I have to say a separate Thank you to the lady Natalia from the Spa zone! What a service!!! Cant even imagine that such a persons exist in the world ! She introduce to me all the spa zones ,explained how to use the surrounding equipment and at the end promote me to try a Thai massage.. After all I got a supper big relaxation and couldn't even speak it was so nice ! We highly recommend to visit this place!
