Location is great, walking distance to People’s Square. Great amenities on the 8th floor, like pool table, complimentary coffee and terrace. It was overly hot in the room, but otherwise we had a great stay.

Subject: Pleasant Stay with Some Room for Improvement I recently had the pleasure of staying at Citadine Apart Hotel on Yanan Road, and I would like to share my thoughts on the experience. Firstly, the location of the hotel is quite good, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers. The central location enhanced my overall experience, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. The staff were a highlight of my stay. They were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Their warm hospitality added a positive touch to my visit, making me feel welcome and valued as a guest. However, as I booked a 2-bedroom service apartment, I was disappointed to find that the kitchen lacked any utensils. This oversight made it challenging to fully utilize the kitchen for cooking or food preparation. It would greatly enhance the guest experience if the kitchen were equipped with basic utensils to cater to the needs of guests opting for service apartments. Despite this minor inconvenience, I appreciate the overall positive experience. The location, coupled with the friendly and helpful staff, makes me inclined to consider staying there again in the future. I hope the management takes note of the kitchen utensil issue and considers addressing it to further improve the guest experience.

Everything is incredible except for the mobile network coverage but you can use their Wi-Fi instead. If you’re in for making your own meals rather than eating out every night, you must come to the place as they have everything you need, from oven to stove to dishwasher to all sort of kitchen utensils. Also, I loved the bathtub. Clean and spacious. Period. Very convenient too. Just a few steps away from the Lujziachui station, the new town of Pudong. About 20 minutes by foot to the Bund or just take a cab. DiDi is fairly reasonable.

This is our second stay in the same trip. We started our family holiday in Shanghai staying at Sincere residence. After travelling a few cities, we return to Shanghai staying, again at Sincere Residence. Perfect location, next to subway, and opposite a shopping mall. Also have a dedicated storage location for Meituan orders. Room facilities are modern and clean.

Every time I come to Shanghai, I live in Youyou Hotel, and this time the family chose an apartment. The room is not too big, but it is compact and well-equipped. There are simple kitchen equipment to make coffee, hot breakfast and so on. The service was very good. It was too hot in Shanghai. We hid in the room and didn't go out. The staff who cleaned the room warmly called and asked when it was convenient to clean. Because there is a sink in the open kitchen, there is a smell of the floor drain, so I told her and helped us deal with it. The disadvantage is that the apartment is a bit old, the facilities are outdated, there are few power plugs, and the floor drain smells bad.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is a few minutes to Jing'an Temple. On Yuyuan Road, it is very convenient for various supermarkets and subways around, but the room is very quiet and the service attitude is very good. I will stay here next time I have a chance.

Not one of the fanciest places to stay in Shanghai but it's a practical room with pretty much everything you'd have in your own flat. Has a large fridge, stove top, microwave, sink, and even has a washing machine, which was the highlight of the place (summer in Shanghai is no joke, man). Management was kind and made sure I to go to her if I needed anything. The location is great and near a lot of restaurants, pubs, and very close to downtown (about a 15 minute car ride). Has an ALDI across from the building too. Only complaint was that the sheets are paper thin and not heavy. Overall, I had a nice and quiet stay and the price if very reasonable for everything you get.

Location is in the center of Korean town in Shanghai not that far from metro station. Many restaurants to eat nearby and has big shopping malls also. Service was kind and good also

The hotel is not far from the Jing'an Temple Station of the subway, so it is convenient to travel; it belongs to an apartment hotel, and there is no contact service, from picking up the room card to cleaning. There are stoves and refrigerators in the room, which is very convenient; the room is very large, and it is better than the average season. High-end budget hotels are larger, basically a one-bedroom residence. The decoration is a bit old, but after all, it is only for sleeping, so it doesn't affect me much.
