總體還不錯 地點特別好 就在碼頭邊上 衞生不錯 每天打掃很到位 有冰箱和兩瓶免費的水 衞浴也都是品牌的 有空調不錯

The property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. We had a deluxe double which had the benefit of a balcony with what I would describe as a side sea view. The balcony itself looks out directly onto the school playground. The bed was comfortable and the room had a fridge which was also useful. The bathroom was decent albeit the shower was very small indeed. However it was powerful and hot water was in plentiful supply. The location is great. It’s practically opposite the bus terminal in town at the New Port. Within minutes of all the bars, restaurants and shops. There are quite a few steps to get the the property but we knew this before we booked. Also, the communications with the owner were great. We couldn’t get our air con to work when we arrived and she was on the phone straight away and couldn’t do more to help. The keyless entry is a good idea and worked well on the main door. However for the rooms it was a bit hit and miss and sometimes took 3 or 4 attempts before it would let you in. Overall a really good centrally located accommodation which was perfect for what we wanted on our 4 day stay in Skiathos Town.

Posto deludente, foto ingannevoli specie per quanto riguarda la vista, il mare si intravede di lato ma di fronte ai balconcini, minuscoli, rumorosissimi e molto polverosi, c'è un traliccio dell'energia elettrica enorme, marcio e da paura. La camera non può chiamarsi suite, non c'erano ambienti separati ma solo una stanza con una specie di mobiletto di compensato a fungere da ripiani e armadio. Il bagno minuscolo, vecchio e con nessun gancio né mensola dove appoggiare un vestito, una borsa, nulla. Abbiamo trovato i ganci rotti appoggiati al lavandino, Mister P non fa un giro di ricognizione prima di far entrare i nuovi ospiti? C'era persino un lenzuolo sporco buttato sul divano. Inoltre, è vero che in foto i runner sul letto ci sono, ma si spera sempre che siano foto vecchie e che gli albergatori abbiano capito che i tessuti non lavabili sono uno schifo, in un hotel, e nessuno ha voglia di vedere quella roba polverosa sul proprio letto. Ma poi, tappeti enormi e sporchi, tendoni tristi, specchio ad altezza pancia, nel senso che per guardarti dentro devi inginocchiarti, e non puoi sederti perché non c'è sedia (l'unica l'hai usata per appoggiare la valigia, altrimenti dovevi aprirla sul pavimento). Le abat jour sono lampadari enormi che pendono dal soffitto ad altezza perfetta per sbatterci la testa ogni volta che prendi qualcosa dal comodino. davvero tutto molto, molto triste, altro che "boutique hotel". Giornate rovinate pensando di dover tornare in un posto così trasandato. Mai più. Salvo solo la signora delle pulizie, che parlava solo greco ma almeno era sorridente e gentile (l'incaricata di Mister P invece è elusiva e fredda e non si è mai fatta vedere dopo l'arrivo).
