It is a group visit with families and friends. The hotel is around 3 km away from Palani temple. Nice place with clean room n surroundings. Nature view from the hotel is excellent. Food is tasty with good quality and quantity. Staff are friendly and helpful. Manager Christy Lee us a wonderful person who did everything for our happy stay. Thanks to Lee sir and all staff.

No services, no food, building is not properly completed. Not propre Air-conditioned. Soo much dust.

Been to temple and booked room, room was clean but about food, restaurant is closed, and they informed us if we pay they will get or order by swingy, morning breakfast they got from outside and gave, it was so worst i can say, coffee no sugar and tea watery with only sugar.

The rooms are around 250 sft, where as mm t has mentioned it as 500 sft. It has good car parking facility, location also good. Restaurant is operational limited hours. The price spent is not worth for the facility i felt.

The ambience was extremely wonderful and we had a good stay at this hotel. The area was clean and the staffs were cordial. Breakfast was also provided, highly recommended.

Very bad service by office staff
we stayed several times before this hotel, but this time the service was very bad and the food quality which given was also poor after waiting for hours

Very much short of staff. Management should look into this matter seriously.
Room amenities are not sufficient.
Receptionists are more interested in collecting and completing their daily duties not interested in customer services.

Nice hotel we stayed in palani at visakaa's amethyst. It was a pleasant stay. Though the food cost was bit high but quality was excellent.
