Anggerik Garden Hotel - AG Hotel

I'd booked for this hotel via online in trip.com apps. The rate for online booking is RM 92.47. Due to my late check in, I asked my friend who stayed nearby to the hotel to check in the room first. As a normal practice, my friend put a deposit for RM 50 at the counter. To be surprised, the staff issued a receipt of the deposit and room rate for RM 84.15. There's a difference of RM 8.32. As far as I'm concerned, we'll get a lower price when booking online rather than walk in. The cleanliness of the room is not in perfect condition as the bedsheets and the floor are dirty. I'm sorry to comment on this as to ensure the hotel management asked the housekeeping staff to do their jobs properly.

Hotel was well maintained and easy to find. Hotel was very accommodating to my request as i had requested a quiet room and was given one at the corner which i liked it very much. Lobby had a drinks machine and also sells cup noodles which was a great addition as i could get some of my cravings at 1am. Room was very clean and towels are clean as well. TV in the room was a smart tv and i could stream from my phone which was a lifesaver at night. It will be definitely be my go to hotel when i visit sitiawan again.

Will come back for my next trip vacation. The location not hard to find.

It's a small compact room, everything is fine for me except weird smell while I enter the room, need use my own air freshener to cover the smell

First time staying here, overall was ok for short trip. Just need to suggest for the improvement on the room pillow, 1 pillow is smelly & bed sheet bit dirty.
