A localização é excelente, fica a 1 quadra da maravilhosa praia de Sitges, cercado de bons restaurantes, bares e um excelente comércio. Os quartos são bons, tem espaço, a cama não tanto, o banheiro espaçoso, tem duas torneiras e uma boa bancada. Não tem box, tem banheira, sem anti-derrapante. O café da manhã é razoável: uma pessoa do grupo pediu mais croissant e o funcionário respondeu que era um só por pessoa, não tinha grande variedade de pães, nem geléias. Alguns poucos tipos de granola e iogurtes. O atendimento foi o ponto “baixo” da estadia: afora uma funcionária brasileira que foi muito gentil, atenciosa e prestativo, tanto o Sr que servia a café da manhã e o rapaz da portaria foram muito mal educados com pessoas do nosso grupo. Além de: no primeiro dia não tivemos acesso ao Wi-Fi por estar estragado, o que foi consertado no segundo dia e durante todo o período da nossa permanência o ar condicionado estar estragado, em 2 dos quartos tinha um vetiladorzinho portátil, nos outros quartos nos disseram pra “abrir a janela”…aí fica difícil, né?

Parrots and Central Park heaving with people short of tables.. But no one at Alento. Try adding some a**osphere to outdoor drinking.... It's like a black hole. Some lighting under the parasols? Less formality? Some items in the tables. Easy to fix at minimal cost

Great location, been coming for years. However nothing has changed in that time. The flooring is exhausted and in need of repair. New paint wouldn't hurt either. There is massive construction on one side, will be going on for some time I imagine. The music in the lobby is a tad loud but I suspect they could turn it down if asked. And really we're past the days of having a TV, mini-fridges and wall-mounted hairdryers.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. You need to book for breakfast when you arrive, I didn’t and was accommodated on my final day. There are no facilities inside the hotel, so it’s quite expensive for what is essentially just a room to sleep in. The hotel is in a great location, steps from the beach and main square which means noise at night - and no, the rooms are not soundproof. All in all, a reasonable, clean, and spacious hotel for a couple of nights.

The staff is wonderful. They make you feel like your returning home! The Location is amazing - right in the heart of Sitges. Directly across from bars - restaurants - a block from all the beaches. Perfect Location. I will return often. THANK YOU for your hospitality and kindness!

Beautifully kept and great contemporary decor. Limited but nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.
Liked that they had a rooftop deck but it wasn’t nicely kept up. Lost opportunity for the hotel- add some plants, lights, paint the deck and it would be a great place to hang out.

Very small hotel (10 rooms). Restaurant is only open Th - Sun but was very good. Even though in the heart of the very active bar scene there was not much noise. Close to beach and shopping. Very friendly staff. Hotel has minimal amenities but it’s made up for by location and service.

Parking, quite a walk awa6y from hotel made it very dificult wiyh a lot of baggage and disabled it meantt my wife had to carry everything in several trips. Hotel was OK but no restaurant no a**osphere and not disabled friedly. Having said that the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Nice hotel but walls are a bit thin. Could here couple talking in the room next door at 3am. Also close to bars which you can hear.
