When we arrived they didn’t have the king room we had reserved. Had 2 queen room instead - they had overbooked their king rooms- we arrived later so we didn’t have the king room. (Thought that was the purpose of a reservation) The elevator wasn’t working on the day we left

We have stayed at a couple other downtown hotels but this is by far our favorite. The restaurant is over the top and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly.

Very pleasant and helpful staff.
Clean and spacious room. Nice restaurant. Close to downtown. Parking garage easy to access from hotel. Reasonable rate for location and amenities.

Such a great facility. Starbucks and Crave offer a wide variety of great dining options. The patio with the river flowing and beautiful landscaped walk is so lovely. Easy walkable access to downtown shopping.

The staff at the hotel and in the Crave restaurant were all excellent. Friendly people and great service. The room was very clean and comfortable. The food and drinks downstairs were excellent!! We’ll be back!!

No pool, janky elevators, I had to fix the toilet refill valve while staying, no breakfast. It’s a room (a small room) and that’s pretty much it. Not a bad room necessarily, but not much more than an amped up Motel 6.

Hilton Garden in Sioux Falls is located right downtown. Super convenient location closes to many restaurants, bars and shops! We arrived on a Saturday. Parking lot is packed as there were a lot happening downtown with different festivals and Saturday activities. It was fun filled. They do have an underground parking structure but we were lucky that we got a parking right in front of the hotel entrance. Check in was seamless and front desk staff is friendly. Our room is clean but a bit dated. Consider the location, it was worth the stay!
