"The hotel looks nice in the photos. It's actually a hostel. We booked it for 11 days, arrived, and barely lasted a day. In reality, it's something like glamping, a hostel, or a tent. There's no service, and renovations are long overdue. And, as usual, they didn't refund my cancellation fee! We wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There are a couple of decent hotels nearby; *********** is your friend."

"This was unfortunately the worst hotel breakfast buffet we have experienced. The breakfast buffet options were the most limited we ever experienced , and this was not clearly explained beforehand. We were surprised to find that even basic items such as bacon or pancake required an additional charge. For a hotel of this category, we expected a much more complete breakfast offering. The quality of the food was disappointing. The scrambled eggs were extremely salty and unappetizing, the juice was tasteless, and there was not even a simple banana or muffin available. The overall selection felt very basic and lacked the variety typically expected at a hotel breakfast buffet. There were also long queues at the coffee machine throughout breakfast, which made the experience even less enjoyable. To make matters worse, several staff members were unfriendly and unhelpful, and we did not feel welcomed as guests. We have stayed at many hotels and can honestly say this was the most disappointing breakfast buffet we have encountered. Based on our experience, it did not come close to meeting the standards or value we expected."

"This hotel in Siófok has a very good location with decent rooms and comfortable beds. The spa section was relaxing while parking places were plentiful. Train station seemed to be super close however we couldn't here any noise inside our rooms - sound isolation was perfect."
