Very nice hotel and comfortable stay Mini bars are all FOC Room view is superb TV can cast YouTube Room slipper is very comfortable Bed is nice to sleep with many pillow and bolster The shampoo and shower gel is very good 👍🏻 especially their body lotion 🧴 . Conditioner too my gf said Drinking Water need to put into a machine to filter it out which is very slow and amount of water is less. Bathroom water heater is awhile hot awhile cold 🙃 Parking is not included

It’s our first time here! 😍🥰 We really loved the experience, they really deserved to have a 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We celebrated my husband birthday, our 1st wedding anniversary, and christmas day! All was amazing! They really grant our special request like birthday cake, highest floor possible and a bath tub and the view was perfect! We will definitely come back again and we’ll recommend to everyone. Just an additional note, on not having bidet on the toilet the rest is all perfect! Thank you so much for the wondeful experience, all the staffs are friendly and makes you feel like a VIP. ❤️ Thank you so much to Robertson House team!

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. But nevertheless, thank you for the kind gesture of sending a slice of birthday cake.

The hotel is really well not refurbrished for one that says that they are undergoing renovations . Highly not recommended. Personally, service and all round is worse than a two and three star hotel.

Quite a dated hotel. Location wise is quite centralized. Near to Clarke quay, many food options nearby. But can be slightly noisy.

Poor check in system. Bellboy told us to sit down at wait for check in and we keep on waiting. I went check with the reception and receptionist told me to sit down and wait for her. Then the bellboy step in and informed us that it is not our turn yet. I return back to the sofa. Then a few minute, called me to return to the reception. Is bellboy to arrange the queuing? Really a bad first impression in this hotel. Check out also need to wait for the receptionist to clear everything in their system. I will not return to this hotel for staycation again. Poor organising and no proper instruction for the guests.

Pool and restaurants were closed for renovation. Rooms were with sticky carpet and not cleaned. Overall good location but nothing more. Staff not very welcoming.
