Hotel 81 - Spring

Mr Fazri, the man I strongly believe, responsible for raising the economy and growth of Hotel 81 spring. What an exceptional piece of customer service he has shown, an unforgettable experience for me. This gentleman truly deserves a raise and promotion.

My stay at Hotel 81 Spring was truly remarkable. The Hotel Manager Fazri service was genuinely fantastic, attentiveness did not go unnoticed. Despite the room being slight oldish, it was clean,quiet environment. If any improvement is to be made, perhaps a little updating of the room design would be nice. Overall, keep up the good work!

Customer service is very good, room good and fun.. great experience..we having event and we are glad that we got a room with our another team. Fazri will always been seen in the day time. Always smile and greet to us!

This is truly an excellent no-frills hotel and I m very surprised with the level of good hygiene in the room and extremely professional front desk service especially Mr Fazri hotel manager there! 😊👌💯❤️ As I was traveling with my son, Mr Fazri had gone the extra mile to ensure both myself n my boy are comfortably settled in. I m very grateful for his hospitality measures ❤️👌🙏 My choice of stay for sure!!

Fazri is very nice, friendly and helpful staff, the room is good clean and spacious, not too small. Area is close to food places downstair, some variant of Chinese local and Indian, supermarket is also just in the corner not too far, safe place

It is tidy and no have smell , I will here in short holiday low cost😁😁😁😁, around this hotel have food market can buy easily ☺️ Thankfully all staff in this hotel especially manager Fazri and house keeper Amirul 😊😊☺️ Recommended by my brother so I choice it and I recommended also excellent

Hi we went on November 2023. We had a very good experience with this Hotel. Hotel Manager Mr.Fazri was very helpful& wonderful person. We enjoyed this stay throughly.
