Aloft Singapore Novena

They have two wings: the East Wing and the West Wing (which has bigger rooms). The front desk informed us that they could only upgrade us for the first night as they were fully booked on the second night , so we chose not to upgrade at all to avoid moving to another building . The hotel is right beside Zhongshan Mall. It’s a very small mall with just a few shops, but it’s enough. They have a McDonald’s, Starbucks, Toast Box, BreadTalk Bakery, FairPrice supermarket, and a Guardian pharmacy and I especially loved the serene garden .🌲🍂 The check-in process was exceptionally smooth and the staff was very helpful. Despite arriving late for breakfast with only 30 minutes left to eat, the chef was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even offering us more food . Breakfast last call at 9:45am .  The only minor downside was that the room and bed were a bit smaller than expected, and if you turn too much, you might feel like you’ll fall off 🤣🤣. Aloft took over the building from two other hotels last June. Personally, I felt everything was great, except for the room itself ,which they can’t do much about. Price was on the steep side due to  F1 weekend.but overall, it was a delightful experience.💖

This was my second booking. I promise you it will be your perfect stay. Location is convenient, service is exceptional, food is amazing, rooms are thoroughly cleaned. There's also a park downstairs the hotel and a lovely restaurant for buffet dinner separate from where buffet breakfast is served. I paid 81 Singapore dollars for buffet dinner and my 11 and 5 year olds ate for free.

The breakfast is always my most important food of the day and I really like the variety of the food provided for the breakfast. It would be better if they had tomato juice, though. To the nearest MRT station, NOVENA, I take bus, of which station is located at the opposite side of Zhongshan Market, where the hotel is located. One thing which I noticed is the sound insulation is not perfect and I heard the neighbors talking.

Newly renovated hotel. Booked breezy room but got an upgrade to urban room. Think it was low period at the time when i stay, very quiet good soundproofing and pretty spacious room. Good size pool and gym as well. Staff were all smiling and willing to help with any request. Very clean room with daily housekeeping. Only glitch was that the shower water temperature isnt consistant, sudden burst of hot or cold water while showering halfway.

Great hotel with a "food mall" downstairs. Hotel room is a little small and clean.

clean and convenient. counter was quite busy so it took a while to check in but otherwise it was good.
