Perfect place for the long term stay of businesspeople in Singapore. Great place!

Love our stay here! Very new and clean with outstanding amenities such as Dyson hair dryer, bang Olufsen speaker and also sterra purifier. It's very near Havelock mrt and the staff are very friendly. It has a river behind the hotel for a nice little stroll after meal. Will definitely be back again!

Oh, you're in for a treat! First things first, the staff at this hotel were truly remarkable. They had this uncanny ability to anticipate my every need. It felt like they had superpowers! Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and polite. Welcoming snacks were great. Free flow of drinks throughout the day. Close the great world mall. The room was clean and had high end appliances.

唯一可圈可點的就是早餐和行政通行權的小食了。雖然很簡單，但是早上和下午晚上都有，飲料也無限供應，還是比較方便的。但是兩個不愉快，真的大減分，本來就是因為評分4.7服務好才選擇的這個酒店而不是別的大酒店，相同的價格，這個酒店還是跟五星級酒店有區別。兩個不愉快：1、辦入住就很不愉快，選擇酒店和備註就是選擇和表明是三個人兩個小童，所以一間房是一大兩小。本來正常辦入住，也就讓住了。結果因為我好心備註説明，臨近還有三天才讓攜程客服告知回覆表示衹能兩個人，不管小童還是大人，然後就攜程客服一直在幫忙溝通，還很強勢，要讓補錢。當天到了酒店，前台服務人員倒是快速給辦完了入住，都已經交完按金，拿到卡準備要走了，結果前台看到了留言，要求每天補一個小孩60多新幣，三千相當於人民幣一千多塊錢，那我什麼酒店不能住啊！而且也明確問了，要是沒看見留言，其實我已經入住了。同時，由於當天很早就約了不能退改的鴨子船，當時就跟前台服務員説明，要不先讓把東西放那兒，回來再繼續溝通，結果説不行，要等經理，最後五點四十多分才溝通好，就算打車去坐鴨子船也來不及了，直接損失了950元！2、連續住了三晚，兩個房間，每天上午都會來打掃，唯獨不換一次性拖鞋，第一晚的第二天也就算了，結果到第二晚過的第三天還不給換，都穿破洞了，衹能去前台找服務員説，才給重新拿了。別的都打掃了，還差這麼兩雙一次性拖鞋，也是不理解。

房間挺乾淨的，雖然不算大，但國慶期間這個價格很合適了，離地鐵口近，早餐也不錯，旁邊公園適合散步，游泳池不大但夠用了
