+Location was brilliant, Lots of great places to explore nearby.
+The hotel is new and so it had that clean feel to it.
+The pool on the rooftop was awesome!
-Hotel seems very understaffed and over crowded.
-Breakfast on 1st floor way too busy
-Service pretty slow.
-Lifts floors are not visible.
My husband and I booked this hotel as a treat for his birthday, we expected a small room so the size didn't really bother us, although the view we booked was 'city view' and all we could see was the large building opposite. Also when we arrived in our room, the welcome note on the television was not our name but someone else's, and remained that way for four days.
I have to mention the biggest let down of this whole trip was that I had 3 random charges from The Pullman totalling to 33000HKD on my credit card. This is completely unacceptable no matter if the hotel is new or not. I complained about this and the hotel were/are very aware of how appalling this error is. (The hotel manager apologised a lot, sent cake and wine a day later for my husbands birthday, as well as paid our taxi fee to the airport) All very much appreciated although doesn't really make up for the fact that such a large sum of money was charged to my credit card. Update-I am back from my trip and the full amount has not been refunded to my account, still missing 444.44HKD.
We would not stay at The Pullman again. Not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel.
