A bit too far from nearest MRT. Walk almost 15 minutes. The room is very very small. I like the lounge and gym area. The washer and dryer is great. No one is there for 24 hours, but they respond to email quickly. Lack of toilet paper,they only give you one roll at a time even though you are staying there for a month. There’s no replenishment of soap or shampoo…….not good.

Come across this apartment when we looking for a short term stay for our colleagues from overseas. It is a good choice to consider for short term stay considering the location and amenities it provide. Price could have been more competitive though.
We wanted to comment the team from Coliwoo in providing assistance on our last minute request and we are really appreciative.
Will consider to revisit Coliwoo if we need short term stay again.

Location was the number 1 reason I chose this place for the 2nd time. Near to work place and could cook in the room. Requests were attended to quite quickly. Thank you

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel.
Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too.
If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.

The facilities is complete and the room is new, clean. Though not so big but so perfect for 1-2 persons to live esp when you stay for quite long time.

The location is good. Space is small, but price is good too.
But you need to book at 5-6 nights, plus 4 rooms are combined in one unit. It is troublesome if you have noisy travels in the same unit.

The service apartment exceed my expectattion.Despite being confined in space, the room is remarkably well-equipped with a clever arrangement of furniture, efficient storage solutions, and modern amenities, maximizing its functionality and comfort. Location is very good, near to orchard road, the staffs are friendly.

Location was superb. Interior and amenities are also decent, only hair dryer was missing in the room. The in-room washing machine really does a lot of favor. The lounge at 2F was a very pleasant place to do some work. Check-in and check-out was very easy. A bit unfortunately, hospitality is not something you'd find here, especially from the FO staffs.
