A bit too far from nearest MRT. Walk almost 15 minutes. The room is very very small. I like the lounge and gym area. The washer and dryer is great. No one is there for 24 hours, but they respond to email quickly. Lack of toilet paper,they only give you one roll at a time even though you are staying there for a month. There’s no replenishment of soap or shampoo…….not good.

房間可以，空間不大，安排緊湊。一週打掃一次，住了31天，但衞生紙、洗髮露等消耗品，衹供一次，用完要自己買。交通方便，鬧中取靜。

全程二十天不給打掃衞生，垃圾也不管，傳單毛巾二十多天不給換，隔音不好。不建議大家預訂入住這家！真心無語，埋汰！

酒店式公寓位於新加坡最熱鬧的烏節路，離商業街一步之遙，公寓配置齊全，健身房，公共區域和游泳池一應俱全，整體的環境也比較乾淨清爽，入住的羣體素質也相對比較好。
缺點也有幾項，一是房間面積還是比較小，雖然新加坡寸土寸金，但11個平方還是小了點，更適合單人入住；二是房間的隔音略差，而且門的密封性相對較弱，如隔壁聲音偏大或者吃氣味比較重的食物，容易受到影響；三是匹配房間配置來説，價格略貴，而且預訂不方便，至少六日起訂，如果提前的多一點，還無法預訂，希望可以優化。
總的來説還是值得入住，烏節路附近比較好的選擇！

- 일주일 단위로 예약을 해서 같은 타입의 룸이라 같은 곳에서 연장하면 안되냐고 물어봤더니 안된다고 함
(출장 다니면서 연장 안된곳 거의 못봤는데 여긴 호텔이 아니라 숙박시설이라 그런가보다 싶긴하지만
결론적으로는 방을 일주일마다 옮겨야해서 불편함)
- 방 내 컨디션은 대체적으로 괜찮은 편
- 문의사항 피드백 빠름
- 한 객실 안에 방이 최소 두개 이상 있는 편인데
공용공간을 누가 쓰느냐에 따라 스트레스 레벨이 달라짐
- 이 기간에 옮긴방엔 common area에 옆방 사람 짐이 많고 빨래도 널어놓고 ... messy and smelly 해서 불쾌했음
(옆방 사람한테 공용공간에 이렇게 본인 짐 많이 놔도 되냐했더니 "프리미어 방 안에는 인덕션, 전자레인지 등 다 있어서 다리미랑 세탁기 빼고는 공간 자유롭게 쓰라고 했다고 호텔에서 괜찮다고 했다" 며 물어보라그럼)
호텔에 문의했더니 그렇게 말한게 맞다고 함
** 여기서 드는 의문은 그럼 왜 돈 더 주고 굳이 큰방 예약함 ?
난 첨에 작은 방(마스터 더블룸 / 주방 밖에 있는룸) 썼다가 주방 같이 공용으로 쓰는게 불편해서 돈 더주고 여기 예약한 건데 작은 방예약하고 밖에 있는 넓은 주방쓰는게 더 낫지 않나 싶음
호텔에 문의하니 주말이라 평일에 연락준다하고 감감무소식
위치 좋고 수영장 헬스장 있고 위치에 비해 저렴한 편인데
누구랑 common area 쓰느냐에 따라 질 차이가 크게 나서
이부분 감안한다면 나쁘진 않음

Come across this apar**ent when we looking for a short term stay for our colleagues from overseas. It is a good choice to consider for short term stay considering the location and amenities it provide. Price could have been more competitive though.
We wanted to comment the team from Coliwoo in providing assistance on our last minute request and we are really appreciative.
Will consider to revisit Coliwoo if we need short term stay again.

Location is very near to orchard so it’s perfect. Basically there is not much service crew, food nor cleaners. As for cleanliness, they do not change your beddings or give you clean towels despite i am staying there for two weeks, but they do have washer and dryer but would be a hassle to wash them in such tiny spaces. They only sweep your room once a week. They only offer two numbers of small tubes of shampoos & shower gel.
Overall the room is small but still enough for me. My pantry was a co-living space and I’ve got a smoking neighbours. At night the smell will easily travel to your room. You need a towel to cover the seams below the doors to prevent that. Tv was good, the supplies at pantry were good too.
If I am coming back again? If there aren’t any rooms that is available in Singapore, I would.
