Good location just by the side of Clarke Quay MRT station. Staff service is good and the pool is a nice one to enjoy. Breakfast food variety is decent. The only downside is the showering area of bathroom as it is not fully partitioned and water spilling out into other area of the bathroom after use!

The counter staff and house keeping staff are warm and helpful. They are considerate for my mum, who is wheelchair bound. The housekeeping staff helped to rearrange the extra bed in the way that my mum can get on and off the bed easier. Thank you for your excellent services. Good location too. Fantastic Hotel! Staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help. Check in was quick and easy, lifts work on a card and touch screen basis which is easy to use. Reception extended our room till 2pm free of charge and not much extra to keep it till 6pm. As a western visitor i struggled finding reviews of the breakfast.... best ive had in years of visiting Singapore. Fresh fruit, Yoghurt, juices and cereals. Breads, meats, salmon & pastries. Eggs boiled or fried on buffet but can order an omelette, sunnyside up eggs or poached eggs free of charge. Bacon, beans, mushrooms, asian breakfast inc sui mai,bao buns and noodles. Pancakes or waffles with berries and maple syrup. You wont go hungry. We had a twin deluxe room, lovely! Aircon and a ceiling fan both great. Lighting works off a panel.on the wall but easy enough to work. Cleaned every day, iron and ironing board in room and great hairdryer. Beds were really comfortable. Pool area was lovely and quiet. Pool not deep so great for families too. Pool towels provided and food and drinks served at pool. Honestly, apart from no hangers in the wardrobe i couldn't find a fault (ive spend over 20yrs in travel industry so can easily be critical). I would definitely stay here again!

I recently stayed at The Roberston House by The Crest collection and wanted to share my experience. While there were positive aspects, I encountered a couple of issues that affected my overall stay. Upon entering the room, I noticed bits and pieces of shattered glass on the floor. This was concerning as it posed a safety risk, and I recommend the hotel to pay extra attention to cleaning and maintenance. Additionally, the toilet door knob was faulty, making it inconvenient during my stay. I reported these issues to the hotel staff, and I must commend them for their responsiveness. Despite three complaints, the staff was kind enough to offer a room upgrade, which improved our experience significantly. This gesture demonstrated their commitment to guest satisfaction. I appreciate the efforts made to address our concerns, and I hope the hotel continues to prioritize maintenance to ensure a seamless experience for all guests. But nevertheless, thank you for the kind gesture of sending a slice of birthday cake.

We had a 3 bedroom apartment and it was amazing. The beds were just like ours at home. Our house keeper didn't speak English only Chinese but she was amazing and made our place look and smell amazing everyday. We would go to breakfast and by the time we got back our room was done. Decor is dated but it doesn't detract from how amazingly clean everything is. Din at reception was awesome on our arrival and only too happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and only a short walk to the MRT plus they have a shuttle that runs on a timetable to go to Orchard Rd. Overall a fantastic place.

The hotel is at the very good location. It is very close to Singapore River sidewalk and MRT Havelock station. The facilities are little bit old, but the room is spacious. Will book it again when I am back to the town.

My repeated staycation at Holiday Inn Atrium. The room is comfortable and clean with a bath tub to relax in. The staff is friendly and approachable. The swimming pools are great to relax around and swim in. There is a big variety of food served at the cafe at level 4. It is also next to the TEL Havelock Station, so it makes travelling very convenient. It is just a short walk to the Tiong Bahru Market where lots of local food are served. Great World City is just a train stop away. There are also a few massage parlours next to the hotel where one can get a good massage. Thanks to all at Holiday Inn Atrium Hotel who have made my stay here a pleasant one and will definitely return for another staycation.

A wonderful and very convenient hotel to stay for anyone. The hotel ambience and room light and view of the busy city, yet the night light was also a delight. Take a walk to see Chinatown, the local Chinese food was delicious & (if U are able, try the durian and chendol) . Jus wanted to talk about the hotel breakfast, it was simple with both western and Chinese, but have to say, included was vege & cauliflower , one of the best ever . Kudos to the hotel. Cheers

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

Location is good, that's all. The hotel is very dirty and messy, full of things (boxes, shoese, laundry and so on) in the corridore and stair case. The room is dark and furnitures are old. The staircase which supposed to be the emergency exit is full of different things. Aircon is old and lack of maintenance, made a lot of noice. No separation between toilet and shower room, so the toilet canbe wet. The cups and glasses are washed on spot, so the lip mark stayed on the cups, So watch out when you have to use. The water provided is in a jar, which no idea where it comes from and how long it has been there. Suggest you buy your own water. The safety box is not fixed in the room, easily to be removed, did not feel really safe. The light was flickering and eventually died out. There was an unpleasant smell in the corridore and in the room.

The hotel is just in-front of Clarke Quay MRT, it’s very convenient to go to the Central Mall and just a kilometre away from Chinatown, you can just walk for a few minutes. So many shops that you can see and a lot of restaurants around. The hotel is small and cute but it’s complete of things that you need. The room is clean. The receptionist Auntie is very nice. She is very helpful.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location, about 10 minutes walk from Chinatown MRT station and 5 minutes bus ride to the Tanjong Pagar, my favorite area for some of the best restaurants in Singapore. The front desk staff was very friendly and responsive and check in was fast and hassle-free. I will not hesitate to give a 5 star for the service. The room size is not big but comfortable. The TV in our room has no signal, but we don’t watch tv that much. So this is not a big issue. The sound proofing of the room is excellent, one thing that I always emphasize when selecting a hotel. Both my wife and I had a very satisfying sleep. Another 5 star here. The room we stayed was a regular room, which has a very interesting, half-open concept bathroom design. The vanity and closet are in the same half open space while the shower and toilet are in two separate glass cubicles. The heavy glass door was a little challenging to handle sometimes. The swimming pool looked really nice, though we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The breakfast is mostly western style with a little local touch. The selection is limited but you will find what you usually look for at a hotel breakfast. The service was ok, but we did have a problem at the reception. Our room did not include breakfast, so I purchased breakfast for two upon checking in. However, we were told by the receptionist that our room is not in the breakfast list. I have to run back to the front desk and confirmed the purchase while my wife was waiting outside the restaurant. After the matter was settled, we started with the egg section. For some reason, the staff in charge told us to start with other food since that was an Egg Station. I explained to her that I wanted a omelette. She then reluctantly asked what I wanted for the omelette and told me to come back in five minutes. A few minutes later, she approached our table and asked again what did I want for the omelette. There was also an issue with the coffee machine. There are coffee machines, but one was not working. As I was getting my coffee from one machine, I saw a staff was cleaning the other functioning machine. A waiting line was quickly formed after me. Usually, the manager would step in and help the guests in any of the above situations. Unfortunately this is not the case. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the Park Regis and would still recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here for 24 hours as we were “in transit”. Great location near an MRT and shops/cafes/Starbucks. Easy walk up to Chinatown. Rooms were small but adequate. We had one single and 2 doubles all with no windows. For 24 hours they were perfectly fine. Hallways and hotel was a little tired looking and the back entrance is in an alleyway. Only gripe would be that we contacted hotel to say we wouldn’t be there till after 11 pm and they assured us the reception was manned 24 hours - but it wasn’t. And when you arrive after a long trip and just want to check in you can get a bit grumpy - we ended up having to ring the fit act number through the website to find someone. Other then that the hotel was fine for what it was used for.

first time in Singapore as a solo traveller, staying at hotel absolutely made my trip worth it. after a long day of walking and exploring; coming back to my hotel was a highlight. it's close to a lot of local bars and restaurant, 30 mins from the Garden by the bay. hotel is always clean, the staff are shy but friendly when you get to talking to them. the room are perfect for a solo traveller, with the shower and toilet separated and great size too. if l go back to Singapore l will definitely stay with them again. this is my first review for anything.

Great Location for extroverts who loves going out to have fun! Karaoke bar just on the same street and local restaurants. There’s a food court in ChinaTown 10 minutes from the hotel with local prices. There’s also many coffee shops across the Main Street, you’d need to cross on the overpass. U can buy universal adapter for chargers at Cheers if needed. It’s also very close to Marina bay.

Overall, I am very satisfied. A work of cultural heritage. I was pleasantly surprised the moment I stepped into the door. Details are the most ingenious. The details of this hotel are worth looking at again and again. Different from the standardized facilities of many luxury hotels, this is a warm ”apartment”. Yes, I prefer to call it an apartment because it feels like home. The building's exterior cleverly uses the slope to create a visual effect of ”alternation between the old and the new”. It is actually a completely independent new and old building. There is a feeling of a different world at the junction. The area of ​​the suite is not large. Guests who pursue luxury may be disappointed. But after using it, it is well considered and thoughtful. It is just right. If you stay in the old part of the house, you can see the original old floor tiles. They have traces of use but are as new as ever. Facilities: 4.5 There are not enough sockets, but the rest are very good. Service: 5 People who are interested in history can ask the front desk, and the reception staff are very enthusiastic. Transportation: 5 Very convenient, a few steps away from Clarke Quay. PS: The bar downstairs will be a bit noisy. If you care, you can communicate the room orientation in advance. I was very tired at the time and was not affected.
