A rather short walk away from havelock station, concord shopping centre is nearby, but great world is a distance away. It has the typical amenities you would expect, toiletries, minibar etc. Lounge service was excellent - very friendly and helpful - and the canapes had some variety. Receptionist was unhelpful but most of the other staff i met were friendly and flexible. Overall a pleasant stay.

An interesting concept to try out if one hasn’t been in this layout before. We were greeted with welcome drinks. However MEMO brunch menu (see photos) which we ordered was disappointing and it’s not worth the dollars. Thank god we were given disc as hotel members otherwise it wouldn’t be worth. Nevertheless, the MEMO crew is friendly and polite, and their coffee and croissant are both good. For the amenities, we were disappointed that the treadmills were faulty during our stay. Other than that, the location was convenient and accessible.

The hotel is at the very good location. It is very close to Singapore River sidewalk and MRT Havelock station. The facilities are little bit old, but the room is spacious. Will book it again when I am back to the town.

The hotel is very comfy and clean! The room does not feel small and really enough space for 2. The minibar in the room were free too! The location of the hotel was near the mrt station and plaza singapura. Will definitely come back!

We came to Marina Bay Sands hotel mainly for the famous Infinity Pool and we really loved the Infinity Pool! It was very safe and the view was beautiful! The hotel also had many other attractions that was amazing! The hotel is located in a perfect spot! If you just cross a road, there is a shopping mall perfect for dining if you want to go and eat outside and if you want to ride the metro, just simply walk for about three minutes. Something that I also really love is how good the room is! The room was massive, high tech and clean of course. I have not seen a cleaner clean my room but I have peeked inside other rooms that the cleaner was cleaning and I saw just how hard the cleaners try to clean the hotel rooms! Everything was so good and comfortable and clean! The view from inside a room and a window was spectacular! Everything went perfect including how nice the staffs were. Next time I come back to Singapore which will not be too long, I definitely want to come and stay in Marina Bay Sands Hotel again! I had the best time here and I strongly recommend this hotel if you come to Singapore.

Hotel is nearby Newton food center and there is shopping mall nearby. There is also bus stop directly outside of the hotel which makes it convenient.

Very clean and comfortable stay! Although the room is a bit small for three people, the space is well-used. The room has an iron, ironing board, umbrella, safe, mini fridge, folding chair, small folding desk, hooks to hang up things, clothes hanging rack, storage for luggage under the queen bed, etc. The location is convenient as it's close to a bus stop and in a relatively central area of the city. The hotel also has a deal where if you skip housekeeping for a day, they give you a voucher to their restaurant! The photo attached is before housekeeping fyi.

Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We got a room with beautiful view of the pool and buildings in the surrounding. Service is good and amenities well provided. There is a new mrt station just across the hotel so it is very convenient to go around. Will stay again in future.

The hotel functions like a business hotel. Lack of warm hospitality that I witness in some other hotel chain. I was lost in the room as there were no communication as to what number to dial for conceirge. Only a number for housekeeping and they had to forward the call for me. When asked for late checkout, the answer was an unapologetic No. I guess the hotel has great business. And the bath was choked but they got it fixed. Plumber was fast and friendly but of course, it was still precious time wasted waiting for the bath to be fixed.

Our stay at Parkroyal was a breeze. Checking in was smooth. Requested for 2 single bed but didn't got it, wasn't any issue. Cleanliness is perfect 👍 Breakfast spread was superb as well. The kids enjoyed picking up food by themselves (with supervision as the plates & drinking glasses were made from ceramic which was quite heavy for the little ones) Housekeeping were great as well. Checking out was smooth too as there was no queue. Great location! Bus stop is conviniently just right outside the hotel. Definitely a good staycation for the whole family 😌
