We had a worst stayed at this property i have booked through agoda no whare in ota it was mantion outside food are not allowed even while check in also we were not informed when we ask for plates they deni and said it will be on chargeable bases worst experience they served tea in cutting glass .

We enjoyed staying at Amara thanks ko Mr. Gaurav.. He helps a lot for us.. He provide so many thing for us in Siliguri it self and in Gangtok too.. Thanks to him we enjoyed our vacation in Siliguri and in Gangtok tooo... Mount Amara is an amazing place to stay...

Hotel is safe and secure and is near to cosmos and other marketing areas. Hotel is open round the clock with welcoming and cheerful receptionist. The food served was good as per expectations. Hoping to stay again in next visit. Hotel management is overall very good

Terrible rooms. Not at all what is shown on the websites. The rooms on the websites should be taken down. Unfriendly staff. Dirty bathroom. No lift. Location is in a lane which is small. Avoid this hotel. Not worth the money. I paid ₹2800 with taxes wherein it is less than ₹1200.

Hotel is moderate type. Reception staff and other employees are adamant, arrogant, non-coperative supplementing a non-receptive aura, uncomfortable for a pleasant stay. The overall ambience, surrounding areas are non-condensive for any stay. Photographs of rooms, interior's etc. doesn't match with the reality of this hotel. The Mall is far off from the hotels almost 1.5 kms and the entire adjoining area is sluggy, dirty with obnoxious smell. Overall the hotel isn't worth it's price nor is equipped with amenities. Food quality is ok but theirs no variety or buffet service is not even ordinary type.

Had booked this hotel as part of transit The stay was quite good, rooms are neatly arranged and clean, food tests are amazing. Malls are just walking distance and few good eating options are also available nearby. Best hotel to stay in Siliguri ….love the ambiance and the service of the hotel…now I don’t have to look for other option whenever I come to siliguri. Staffs are well trained ,professional and very helpful to understand guest needs. Highly recommended

# Awesome Stay Beautiful and Peace. It's calm. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Hotel staff are cordial. Best part was the dining area - cozy, nice seating arrangement, great food (we tried vegetarian food mainly), buffet breakfast had a spread with mixture of South Indian, North Indian,Fresh fruits etc. Restaurant staff ensured that we were comfortable and asked for any requirements . This is the place to stay when in Siliguri….Felt as home away from home literally
