It was a nice experience of staying here because the room was very neat and clean with all basic amenities. I must give 10 of 10.

Excellent room, excellent ambience, excellent amenities, excellent food. The only thing which will improve is the location which will take time as the property is on the other side of the city. Transportation is a bit difficult if someone is not having his own vehicle.

Hotel staff were quite cooperative. The room was quite clean and tidy. The location of the hotel is very good. One can easily access the local conveyance stuff.

The hotel is newly built just like 4 star and they follow approximately all amenities. After reaching the hotel i realised that it's 4. 5 km from njp railway station and 23 km from bagdogra air port if you want to take your flight you must leave the hotel 3 hours earlier because this location cab service is very bad and you faced heavy traffic. Hotels are very untrained staff at night they don't care about their guests i called several times to give me water but they didn't give me. In the morning they give me water. Room service came to me at least 3 times around 9 am before my check out time and asked me when i checked out and the funny thing was that they counted towels and toiletries in front of me and asked me about that. Food quality is very average they have a very small family restaurant which i feel is very uncomfortable. Overall my experience is below average the property is good but the staff is not good.

Very good stay i have experienced at this hotel. This is my 2nd stay with family in this hotel. Very near by njp station, and it on main road, food is good, room is mind-blowing. They assisted mrle to book car for airport drop also. Over all i must recommend the hotel for stay

Decent hotel for a night stay in siliguri. The pool was under maintenance and the bar was closed. So nothing much to do.
