Отель мне понравился за бассейн и аккуратные корпуса. В номерах деревянные двери на балкон, на первых этажах с балконов можно выйти прямо в бассейн. Мы покупали 2 ужина по 3600 рупий с человека. В первый день еда была не особо вкусная – всё было острым, мне понравились только жареные баклажаны и десерты. На второй ужин еда была вкуснее, зато десерты не очень. Из фруктов, как и во всех отелях Шри-Ланки были арбузы, ананасы и папайя. На завтраках не было сыра, это печально. Спасались омлетом. Самый ужас – кофе из пакетиков. Для отеля за такую цену —непозволительно. Коктейли стоят 1800 рупий, маленькие и некрепкие. В первый день сказали, что у них в праздник полнолуния алкоголь не подают вовсе. Отель могу порекомендовать на 1-2 ночи. Удобное расположение, большие номера, хороший бассейн.

房間比較陳舊，隔音不怎麼好。服務員很熱情很很友好，到店就給了果汁。但是攜程上訂的他們整整查了差不多半個小時才找到我們的入住訊息。

很不錯，酒店很乾凈，衞生服務人員也很好，房間很多，服務很規範快捷！游泳池很乾凈，一直有服務員清理落葉等

While touring Sri Lanka we stayed at this place as a stop over as we wanted to visit Wild life sanctuary. The hotel is in a quite place with serene atmosphere, the cottages are nice and well laid out. The restaurant is centrally located but lacks the variety of food. More items are required. Staff is helpful and cordial.

Hotels very near to Sigiriya and situated in a quiet place. Nice pool and room was also clean. Reasonable place for the price. Not much variety in the bouffe and that's need to improve and also need to improve the cleanness at the restaurant. Staff was very helpful and front desk also attend to the need quickly.

It is an old hotel, the name Fresco Water Villa is just to confusing as it is not an Water villa at all. Rooms are old and smelly. The restaurant is roof covered one on first floor and lacks hygiene. The restaurant in charge acts as a goon and one has to sit on the table as guided by him inspite of the fact thst plenty of tables were vacant. We both were by force made to sit on table just near the steps right at entrance of the restaurant which was very uncomfortable and this happened both at dinner and next day at breakfast. Both the dinner & buffet spread was aa per choice of Indian Gujarati group from India. Except for smooth checkin, checkout and hotel's closeness to Sigiriyĝ there is nothing good about the hote

Lovely room, very comfortable bed and pillows had all the amenities tea coffee making facilities, nice shower. Lovely pool area. Restaurants was upstairs, little difficult for some of the older ones. Breakfast was nice. You could get a drink in the restaurant but no bar facilities downstairs.

We stayed 2 nights here. The staff was amazing, the property was good, rooms were nice, food was a buffet with different variety. Only drawback was the bathroom doors were not closing in our room. The safe wasn't working, the replacement safe was with keys, so wasn't safe. The management was informed of the same, but nothing was done about it. Bonus: We got to be a part of a Sri Lankan wedding which was being held at the property.

Lots of greenery and open space with water villas. Check in process was quick however we were provided with a twin bed instead of king size. Later got it changed to a king bed room which was far away from the pool and on the 2nd floor. Room 316. This room was not well maintained at all. It was a very disappointing stay here. The bed sheets were not clean and had stains on them. The floor was slippery for some reason. The hot water kettle was fully rusted and there were chip off on tea mugs. Also, the food here was even more disappointing. Hardly any spread for vegetarians. There were very few choices with just 2 desserts. Also. Since there is stagnant water in these villas, there are a lot of mosquitoes. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all to anyone.
