Palm Bay Club by Beachside Management

This was my 5th time staying at The Palm Bay Club. This condo was the best one yet!! Everything was perfect. The furniture was very comfortable and the open air balcony was a delight. I will definitely stay there again. Only one inconvenience and that was the elevator. The past few times I have stayed in the tower one of the elevators has been out of service.

My sister and I stayed in Unit 313 while we visited with family. A great location no matter where u want to go in Siesta Key! We walked into the village for breakfast in the mornings and relaxed in the unit after our supper. Quiet and imnaculately clean place. The staff could never do enough to help. They always greet u as they pass by. We felt secure both as two women travelling alone but also for our rental car. It was so nice that other family want to stay next time we are there! Highly recommend Palm Bay Club!

PERFECT PLACE ‼️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We really enjoyed our stay at Palm Bay Club on Siesta Key. Hotel Manager, staff and property management were all very friendly and helpful. As we informed, that our hairdryers didn’t work, we immediately received 2 new Revlon- dryers - SUPER! The whole property as well as the appt. were very clean. One Pool on the bayside with big hot tub and 2 grills, another pool with 10ft deepness, 2 tennis-courts and a fully equipped fitness-room close to reception and a beautiful short walk to the beach on a palm avenue! Feels like Paradise! Appt. fully equipped, with nice furniture and lovely details. A breathtaking sunrise watch through the windows of the living-room - so great! We definitive will be back again ‼️

The condo was great, we would stay again. It would be nice if they had a safe and washer and dryer. With previous VRBO bookings we did not have to go through the condo office at all, here we did. We got there after closing, a key & info stating that we must go to the office between 8-noon the next day was left in the night lock box. I feel that a bonus of going through VRBO is not having to go through that process. Having a light on the sign by road would be very helpful at night. Also, we were harassed by employees about walking on the beach without our armbands. I showed him the bands in my bag, he said we needed to have them on. We were carrying our own chairs, not even trying to use theirs. The bands are rubber, tight, & leave a tan line. I understand if we were at the pool but the beach? Maybe they have too many employees with nothing better to do.

We had a great vacation staying in 148. Everything we needed was there. The beds were so comfortable and so was the new living room furniture. We loved the beach setup and the short walk with the cooler cart was easy. The Sunset Celebrations are a must every night. Restaurants were close and very good. Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and I have stayed in hundreds of hotels over the years, but never one like this. First, you'll find the Kompose on travel sites in the $325-$400 range....not cheap. The rooms are cement shells. Not the perfect, smooth cement you sometimes see on a garage floor, but construction style cement with dark streaks, holes and patches. The bathroom is literally a glass enclosure within the room. Open the shower door or the toilet door, but you can't close one without opening the other. A small sink with very limited counter space is next to the bed. The shower/toilet glass enclosure is opaque, so only forms show through. Drying off and dressing must be done out of the shower, in the room. Here's what the room does NOT include: Tissue/Kleenex Microwave Coffee Clock Drinking water (at front desk for over $5 per bottle) Furniture with drawers (only shelves) Iron & board Desk Room cleaning is NOT included unless you pay extra. Buffet breakfast is $4.00 per person. OH YA! THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE

We stayed in here for a week. There is construction going right next door. It starts at 7:45 and goes until 5:00. Constant beeping and banging all day long. We had to work and could barely have conference calls because of the noise. I called the Property Manager and he told us we could leave. He was extremely unprofessional. There was not anywhere on the island to stay and we couldn't change our flight. He never once said he was sorry for the noise. We had to keep all the curtains closed because of work men 20 feet away, it was like living in a cave. The pictures of this place look a lot better than it is. It's old, the bathrooms are terrible, and they keep the gym at 73 degrees. That's hot when you are exercising. I do not recommend this place.

Do not stay in Unit 166 or the other 2 bay side units owned by the entirely unscrupulous Michael Sailor . He over charged us and then accepted that the unit was due refurbishment but a cursory search online has shown that he has been saying that in response to the same complaints for a long time . The unit smells , it has mould , there are small crawlers like mites in the main shower , the doors don’t work taking you to the neglected and unusable outdoor area . It has the cheapest of everything and much of the flooring has fallen into disrepair . We had a cockroach in the kitchen . We have both photos and video evidence . We were charged a cleaning and insurance fee on top of the charge making our total about 350 more than our families who rented directly from the club and whose unit was lovely and clean . If you are to book book directly with the club itself although on the 3 occasions I spoke to the desk staff - arriving , trying unsuccessfully to access the gym and checking arrangements on leaving they were unfriendly , aggressive and unhelpful . Charles the security man on the other hand was an absolute delight incredibly helpful and friendly pleasant and warm and is a credit to any business .

The staff at the complex was amazing. Everybody that was working acted like they wanted to be there. The sand on the beach is the best we have ever seen. The view from our condo was breath taking. Highly recommend staying here...we will be back.
