Very nice and reasonably priced hotel. The location is quite good, easy to walk to the National Museum, some little shops and restaurants nearby, or you can just grab a Tuk Tuk and go wherever. I didn’t try breakfast but I went for lunch at their restaurant. The food and price was very good, in addition you can get 25 % discount coupon for the restaurant when checking in. The room was clean and everything was standard and nice. The only thing I missed was more electricity outlets by the bed. I was in a twin room and there was only one socket to plug in phone, and other devices to charge. Overall was happy with my stay.

Sort of sub-par actually, unusual because I've stayed here before & it's normally great. But the price has gone up & there was no hot water. It seems silly to offer a bathtub that can't hold water or can't be filled with hot water. But the pool is still nice and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

This place is without a doubt 10 stars in our eyes very helpful in every way . Room was very clean and comfortable , buffet breakfast was unbelievable so many choices and so tasty . They had 3 restaurants which cater to everyone’s needs . They also have the best pool, sauna and spa . They also have mudita spa on the grounds where u can get all kinds of massages and facials etc . The staff are all so friendly and they go out of their way to help you. Their complimentary pick up service from airport was an added bonus . We both highly recommend Borei Angkor Resort & Spa to all you won’t be disappointed also they are close to everything . We can honestly say it’s the best place we have stayed in our travels around the world . Great value for money with 10 stars service

The hotel is more convenient from Bar Street, and it takes five minutes by tuktuk. The staff are welcoming and polite. Passing through the lobby and the atrium is a villa with red and yellow intervals. It is built around a huge circular swimming pool. The room is large and well-equipped~ The design of the corridor connecting the room to the swimming pool is impressive~ If you miss your meal in the morning, it will be delivered to you The room is very thoughtful~

An amazing 3 night stay at this hotel. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was beautiful, had a relaxing calm ambience. I would recommend this place to everyone and am definately coming back here in the future! Thank you so much to all the staff! You are all amazing!

Apart from the exceptional service, I was particularly impressed with the hotel's amenities. The comfortable beds ensured a restful sleep, the delicious breakfast provided a great start to the day, and the fabulous pool offered a refreshing retreat. Furthermore, I was thrilled to receive a complimentary 30-minute massage, which I decided to extend due to its immense relaxation benefits. I also want to express my appreciation for the assistance I received from your staff in various other aspects. From arranging transportation to and from the airport to helping me mail out postcards, their support was invaluable. I couldn't have asked for more. In terms of location, The Sarai's proximity to the main shopping and restaurant area is incredibly convenient. The short tuk tuk ride or 10-minute walk ensured that I had easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the city. Additionally, I would like to mention the excellent tuk tuk drivers that your hotel has partnered with. These local drivers were not only knowledgeable about their beautiful city, but they also provided exceptional service and were readily available to show me around. Big sturdy 3* hotel. Old fashioned oak in bedrooms. A little run down but did the job. Like bathroom toilet roll holder very tarnished. Also bathrobes in wardrobe dirty with stains. Good choice for breakfast but same every day. Very good quiet location. 5 mins to walk over bridge to night market and pub street. My room at back of hotel so very quiet. Didn’t care I didn’t get a view. Just wanted quiet. They organised airport pick up and temple travel. Early take away breakfast was also given to me without asking for my 4:30am temple sunrise visit! Nice surprise. Overall good value for money in good location but needs some love.

It was a four day stay. They didn't change the sheets and covers in the room. It just folds up nicely. Change of towels and drinking water only. The price is the price, so I have no choice but to put up with it. Breakfast was good with a system to choose from 4 types of menus. The taste is also delicious. Within 10 minutes walk to Pub Street and 7-Eleven. There is a coin laundry nearby where you can wash your clothes, and there are many pharmacies and rental bike shops nearby, so the location is perfect. All the staff are kind (they are all pretty young) and they only speak English. Free airport pick-up The person who came to pick me up was not a staff but a tuk-tuk uncle (laughs)

It is far away from the city and close to the airport. The hotel is surrounded by rural roads, and the location is relatively biased. You must have a car to get in and out. Room size is large, there are a lot of mosquitoes, the breakfast buffet is good, and the price is high.

The service of the hotel is not bad, the attitude of the service ecology is very good, the facilities are also good, and the layout is also aesthetic. There are not many varieties of breakfast in the public area, but you can order it a la carte, which is included in the breakfast fee. Fried rice and chicken rice are not bad. The disadvantage is that it is very small, and the water in the swimming pool is a bit salty.
