What a little paradise this hotel is! Outstanding service, very friendly staff, fantastic rooms, and perfect location to use as a starting to explore Ankor Wat. I usually never write reviews but in this case I had to. Thanks a lot to the team - we had wonderful 3 days.

One of the best hotel experiences I've had, and definitely the best value for money. The staff and service are incredible. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And the food is remarkably good. Extended our stay from 2 to 4 nights -- we'd originally planned to spend our last 2 nights at the Park Hyatt Siem Reap, but realized we were enjoying the Shintana just the same for 1/5th the price. I couldn't recommend the place any more strongly.

호텔 직원들도 친절하고 가자마자 웰컴 드링크, 수건 주셔서 시원하게 체크인했어요. 객실로 과일도 가져다주시고 좋았습니다!
조식은 1개 메뉴 주문 가능한데 양은 넉넉하지만 메뉴가 많지 않았고 맛은 그냥 나쁘지 않았어요.
수영장이 좀 작은 게 흠이었어요.
서비스로 제공받은 마사지는 저는 괜찮았는데 친구는 별로였다고 하고 이틀차에는 받지 않고 보디아 갔어요.
전반적으로 괜찮었지만 수영장이 좀 작고 들어가는 입구가 험해서 다음에는 여기 말고 이 호텔과 자매?호텔인 곳에서 지내보고 싶네요.

I’m so glad we chose the Shintana Saya residence for our trip to Siem Reap. Even before we arrived, SY the manager was helping to arrange a perfect stay at this stylish and comfortable little gem. Once we arrived, the rest of the staff was just as welcoming. Our room rate included so many extras that made our stay luxurious and hassle-free including airport pick up (complete with a fresh coconut), massages, laundry and a great breakfast. They even arrange your tuk tuk service to the middle of town so you don’t have to worry about anything. The property is gorgeous and the staff takes every opportunity to pamper you, like handing out fresh fruit and tea when you come back from a long day touring or bringing up delicious little cakes before bed. If you love the unique personal touches of a boutique hotel, but don’t want to sacrifice a single luxury—trust me—you’ll want to stay here.

Our stay at Shintana Saya was nothing short of magical. It is an oasis hidden away in a back street in the middle of town. Once you step inside, a beautiful rainforest of vegetation greets you. I am not sure if it the personalised touch of a small hotel (only 9 rooms), but the staff were so attentive we felt like royalty. From greeting you by name, carefully checking our pick ups and plans, to having several people come to welcome us or wave of us off each time we left the hotel. There were welcome drinks and little local snacks each time we arrived back from an outing, along with plentiful cold water. We have never encountered staff that were so warm and polite. Our room was stunning. Very spacious (including a large living room) and beautifully appointed. We ate a couple of meals at the hotel too and it was delicious cuisine and not too pricey. The only negative would be that the water temperature in the beautiful pool offered no escape from the soaring outside heat (but that can hardly be helped). Would definitely return and are now converts to smaller, boutique hotels.

What a fabulous stay! The service was amazing - such beautiful happy greetings from the staff and the attention to detail was incredible. A complimentary bottle of wine on arrival and treats were left in our room each day. The resort style pool was a god send after hot days touring.

The hotel only has nine rooms, so the level of service and attention from the staff was excellent. Our room was large and comfortable. The hotel has a unique and modern design. We had a few meals in the restaurant, which had both Asian and Western food. All of it was very good. The restaurant staff were also extremely nice and helpful.

What a beautiful place to stay in Siem Reap. We have been so fortunate to spend 3 days at the Shintana Saya Residence . From the moment we arrived we have been looked after so well by the wonderful staff. Everyone has been so friendly and the service provided has been the best we have experienced. Our room has been amazing and the facilities have been first class all the way. Close to Angkor Wat and other major attractions, the hotel made getting around in Siem Reap very easy for us with their Tuk-Tuk and transfer services, Set In beautifully maintained tropical gardens with a crystal clear pool and outdoor dining area it has been an oasis to return to after a day’s sightseeing. We will always stay at the Shintana Saya Residence when we next return to this beautiful country.
