This is our third time staying at Rose Apple Square (RAS), and we've been intending to write a review for quite a while now. In any case, as we’ve experienced staying here over three separate occasions, our review holds significantly more weight. We first stayed with VELEA at Rose Apple Square, January through March 2024; again for two nights in June 2024; and now, most recently, we’ve committed to a long stay of at least six months. Why? Because we love the staff, and the complex with all it offers. The staff here have always been extremely welcoming, amiable, professional, and helpful. We appreciate all members of the team, however, feel that it would be remiss of us not to take the opportunity to make mention of a few who we regard as stand-out individuals — Khemy, from ULS, was one of the first people we met on our first visit. She took us on a full tour of the development, explaining more about her company’s philosophy, and the vision underpinning RAS. Her friendly, enthusiastic, and passionate nature left a lasting impression on us, and we value her as a truly wonderful human who lights up our day, each time we cross paths! Most recently, she provided us with some much needed moral support and advice, regarding some teething issues we were having with a particular room. Although, this was no fault of hers, and was completely unrelated to her department, she went the extra mile to understand our concerns, and literally supported us through the situation, transforming a bad experience into a good one. Dany from VELEA has been an absolute angel to us, in more ways than one. She fulfils our requests to the fullest extent she can, and has been extremely accommodating, which says something considering we are extremely pedantic guests. Nothing we request is ever too much trouble, and whenever we’ve returned, she has treated us as like we are family returning home. You can tell that she truly values our custom, and beyond this, her savvy disposition has fostered a cohesive team through front desk, facility, technical, and maintenance departments. In this recent instance, we have had the privilege of meeting and dealing with Daniel (Somnang) from VELEA. He genuinely cares, and approaches our requests in an empowered manner, using his own common sense to help us, in situations where others may have the tendency to be rigid, and autonomically follow protocol without any regard for the nuances involved. With his authentic, sincere smile, he has assisted us with many fiddly little requests, most importantly, our need to connect the Ethernet in our apartment. Due to the health implications associated with wi-fi, we don’t use it at all, and Daniel didn’t once question us, nor reject our request for something that is admittedly out of the ordinary in this hyper-electrified world. He understood, and speedily provided the technical support we required, until we had it successfully working. The Rose Apple Square project itself, is totally unique to the
