The property is lovely, but it’s located quite far from town, making it not walkable and a bit intimidating to navigate at night. However, the complimentary one-way tuk-tuk service offered daily was a thoughtful touch and made me feel safe. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to assist. One highlight for me was the gym, which is well-equipped with boxing equipment—a rare find! The pool was also fantastic, offering a refreshing break after long walks visiting nearby temples. While the food was mostly good, I found the tempura and shakes underwhelming, especially given that they were priced double compared to similar offerings in town. There’s definitely room for improvement in this area. Overall, the hotel deserves a 5-star rating, thanks to its spacious rooms, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! PS: i enjoy the free high tea at 3pm to 4pm! Didn’t try the spa but seems decent

I travelled to Siem Reap alone and as a solo female traveller, I cannot stress enough how safe and wonderful my experience was staying at this hotel. Here's some info to consider if you decide to stay here: 1. Service: The best ever! Although, I would say this for absolutely every local I met, such beautiful people. Mr. Key and team certainly deserve 5 stars, very attentive, polite, friendly and hands-on...you made my stay worth every penny. Thank you for your kind hospitality 🙏🏻 2. Facilities: The hotel is beautiful and elegant and has such a peaceful energy as you walk in. The room I stayed in was incredible, squeaky clean, tidy, spacious, harmonious and the bed/pillows felt like a cloud after a long day, it has a mini bar and I don't think I've ever cared much about the robes...but I gotta say, the softest robes ever! Not to mention that I do appreciate that the bed linen, towels and robe smell good and clean. The pool is very clean and surrounded by a well kept garden. There's a gym and the spa service is not to be missed, the masseuse is very skilled, strong yet gentle, I came out of the session feeling refreshed and my skin was so silky, do get the scrub! 3. Breakfast: There's a little cozy restaurant that offers a variety of food. Breakfast is buffet style with a delicious western and local menu to choose from. They also prepare fresh omelettes, yum. The staff in the restaurant are very courteous and friendly, I personally enjoyed talking to Sa and Sokhim. 4. Location/transportation: The hotel is located at about 10mins from the city centre and places of interest like Pub Street and the Markets, and about 20mins from Angkor Wat. They offer free tuk tuk rides and can arrange airport transportation from/to the airport. My only complaint is that I didn't stay long enough...but that's on me 😁 Oh and because the atmosphere of the hotel is all natural, do expect to see some friendly lizards and other garden pets while walking around the facilities🦎 So, be careful not to hurt them. This is now my go-to place to stay in Siem Reap!

最好酒店 - we are impressed by such an amazing hotel. The rooms are great, you are directly on the pool with super great pool-bar. The breakfast (a-la-carte and buffet) are authentic and super delicious. Everything is decorated everywhere with a lot of love. All about a perfect holiday and the team at bar/breakfast/lobby take care for you and will make your holiday to a perfect stay 😍 greetings to Ms. Molika, Ms. Sa, Mr. Ran and Mr. Sath and the whole team, thank you a lot!

This hotel made us love Siem Reap, i and my friend travelled for a graduation celebration. when booking, i requested for a bath tube decoration, when we arrived we find that they decorated even the bed. We were so happy seeing it. During our days here the staff are so friendly, smiling and professional it made us feel more relaxed. Everythig we request, they will respond the next minute. They also provided us a tok tok for free everytime we want to go to the city center. And their breakfast is delicious, the afternoon tea is also relaxing. we ate at their bar it was so delicious. The staff at the reception Mr Leep and barang and another third guy are so professional and friendly. They even ask you everytime (how are you feeling) and at the restaurant (Ms Molika, Mr Sokmau, Mr Polin, Ms Neath, Ms SA) are all so amazing and professional always with a smiling face. Honestly i couldn't ask for more service. This was my first time in Cambodia but they really made me love Cambodia. This is now my place to stay. I love the Ambassy Angkor Hotel❤️

What a beautiful hotel! And the staff is so caring and helpful! Travelling in early July gave us an amazing discount, but the quality of service and the amenities was out of this world. Huge shoutout to the reception staff (Leap, Berang), our TukTuk driver that will bring you to the centre for free, and a massive thanks to the waitresses and kitchen staff (Mr Polin, Mr Royal, Ms Neath, Ms. Molika and Ms. Sa) For instance they accommodated for us a breakfast ahead of our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. They also accommodated for our vegetarian needs. Make some time for the spa, the staff is super friendly and very competent. Finally, it was so soothing to arrive back in a beautiful hotel like this one, where everything is on ground level, rather than the other towers. Simply put, it felt like coming home.
