Iz Flower Side Beach Hotel

This was our third visit go this hotel and every year is better then the last. The animation team is great and this year they really raised the bar with some of the night programmes, as the Alladin and Lion king musicles. Big thanx to Vlada, Nico, Yulia and the rest of the gang... you are all great. The position of the hotel is great... on the beach but also just outside lot of shops for shoping... urban but at the same time quiet and relaxing. 5th year since the renovation and the hotel is showing signs that it could go for a new round of renew but stil very confortable and pleasant. The only problem is the inflation in Turkey and ibal crisis in economy... every year the price if the hotel goes up and up but because of global economy our money in Europe is not keeping up... so jump i hotel price of 35% from 2022 to 2023 was the ceeling.. we here from lot of guests that if this will continue they will not be able to return... neither do will we ☹️. With a child of 7 y o this hotel.is great for us and we would like to return in next few year if we can... so we hope price will not go up... at least not to much Oh yes... best room made.. Beautiful. Relaxing a**osphere Great food. Nice and clean rooms. Nice clean beach. Great service. All inclusive hotel service with plenty of options. Shops nearby and good attractions. Only downfall is distance to airport but it was worthwhile.

This was our second time in this hotel. 2021 was the first and that was something completely different but also great experience. The location of the hotel is one of the best things... just a minute to the restaurant, another minute to the pools and a great lunch-bar in a lush garden and then just about 50-60 meters to the beach with nice shade, soft sand and warm shallow sea, great to play with kids and the small waves. Another great thing is the staff. All of them are always ready to do everything to make your time great. The only thing to do for the guests is to relax and enjoy. Great service at beach bar, at pool bar, at the main restaurant and also great cleaning service of the rooms. All the toilets are always sparkling clean. Every night except sunday is a great evening show and I would like to great the entertaining team (Vlada, Nico, Simba, Julia, Niki, Sam and all the others). And the best thing is that we will go next year again! :)

To get things started, the hotel is quite nice and friendly but it has some issues. The hotel is generally good for families and friend groups but don't stay more then 4 days because you will get bored. Let's beggin with the restaurant. Due to COVID-19 the restaurant was limited but I'll still review the experience. The food was the same everyday (breakfast, lunch, dinner) but quite good. The staff understood English, wich is a rare find in this tourist city but, they usually mess up your order because you don't speak Russian and German. The internet. If you plan to work or browse the social medias maybe it's the best to use your roaming data plan. You have to pay 5€/week to use the internet and you can only use 3 devices at once wich for a family with 4 members l, especially with children is bad. The services. Good but it could be better. They have a program for children, shows every night except Sunday's. The beach was clean but because of a wildfire the beach was a little dirty but acceptable. One main complaint I have. One day at the beach, I decided to drink a beer and I decided to go to the beach bar to get one. After I waited in the line for like 5 minutes in the sun, the guy at the bar looked at me and said I was under age. At the moment I was here I was 18 and 6 months old. I showed him the wristband and even my national ID but he didn't want to get the beer. Even thought I had these complains, I had a nice time here and I will probably come back in the future, maybe when the whole COVID thing is over. Thank you for your time.

Ben hayatımda misafire böyle saygısızlık yapan bir animasyon şefi daha görmedim.. Yerli müzik isteyip Hakarete maruz kaldık,otel adına çok büyük bir eksi maalesef ....Ne görgüsüzlüğümüz,ne cahilliğimiz kaldı , bunun haricinde otelin tüm personeli inanılmaz ilgili ve güler yüzlü, tamamen misafir memnuniyeti odaklı çalışan tüm personeline de teşekkürü bir borç bilirim..

Die Hotelanlage: groß und sehr gepflegt. Das Essen: riesige Auswahl am Buffet. Das Personal: ein tolles Team, aufmerksam aber nicht aufdringlich. Das Zimmer: sehr sauber. Die Betten: für uns etwas weich, aber wir mögen es auch hart. Der Strand: sauber und mit vielen Liegen, trotzdem kein Sardinenbüchsen feeling.

Bu otele 3.kez geliyoruz. 3 yıldır burayı tercih ediyoruz. Yemekleri dehşet güzel. Çalışanlar, aşçılar olsun, garsonlar, güvenlik görevlileri, animatörler, temizlik görevlileri, barmenler olsun o kadar güleryüzlü ve cana yakınlar ki. Her ihtiyacımızı anında hissedip anında karşılamaları şahane. O kadar memnun kaldım ki yeniden. Çalışanlar özellikle dediğim gibi bizimle sohbet e**eleri, şakalaşmaları çok değerli. Her bir çalışanı bu oteli güzel kılıyor. Çok değerliler çok teşekkür ederiz (eğer bunu okuyolarsa, biz o 5 aile gelen kalabalık aileyiz bu yıl haziranda geldik!)

Le personnel au service des clients au top. L'équipe des animateurs au top (Sam, Simba, Nikki, Julia). Seul point négatif est que la musique s' arrête un peu trop tôt (23h00). Langue parlé : anglais, allemand.

Tüm olumsuz yorumlara katılıyoruz.Yemekler hiç iyi değil.Otelde kaşık tuz peçete sıkıntısı var şaka gibi.Akşm yemeğinden sonra huzur evi gibi.Hiç bir etkinlik yok.Eğlence sıfır.Evde oturun daha iyi…..
