We will never go this hotel again worst I’ve ever stayed in ,and I’ve stayed in a lot over the last 2 years .room are way to small it only had 2 plug sockets in it so you had to keep taking other things out to plug something else in I have a cpap machine and kept having to unplug every day which I shouldn’t have too .fridge was dirty ,shower was rubbish .ppl putting towels on sunbeds at 5am in the morning by 6am there were no sunbeds left.told reception they put a sign up but it didn’t make any difference at all.then at end of holiday they told us we had a bar bill which we hadn’t paid ,WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A DRINK AT THE BAR IN THE 2 weeks there ALSO I DONT DRINK ALCOHOL BIG MISTAKE .they say a free bus to the beach which is correct but when your at the beach you can’t get back until 330 or 430 you are stuck there unless you want to pay £20 to get back to the hotel and they hassle you like mad to buy drinks n foods and it’s expensive .AVOID THIS HOTEL

Just coming to the end of a lovely week here, reading some of the negative reviews from people on here all I can say is you get what you pay for, if you want 5 star luxury then you need to put your hand in your pocket & pay the price, I can 100% say that our week self catering here has been enjoyable & pleasant, staff are friendly & welcoming, nice hot fresh food served in the poolside bar, rooms cleaned & fresh towels etc daily, the pool area is kept nice & clean, we've met plenty of lovely people many of who are returning guests. All in all a great holiday in a relaxing chilled atmosphere 😎

Just back from a wonderful 2 week stay in this fantastic hotel.. everything was perfect.the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels every day.nothing is to much bother for the lovely staff who go out of there way to make your stay as happy as they can the pool area is spotless as are the toilets around the pool the food is lovely and plentiful and always fresh.Seyda is the hostess with the mostest 💗 who always has a smile and time for a chat.and will go out of her way to help in anyway she can.the little shop on site is great too if you don't want to go to the migros which is a short walk away I would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely hotel.and look forward to many more holidays there..kx

Lovely clean hotel. Rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels and loo rolls, staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to find a sun bed for you. Pool was a godsend as the weather crept up to 43 so that made it difficult to get out and about without melting. The lunches and dinner were very filling and tasty, breakfast not so good but I couldn’t eat much as unluckily I’d developed an abscess on the way over. The management and staff were brilliant, in fact the chef took me to a local dental hospital, then drove us to a pharmacy to get my antibiotics, fantastic service which I don’t think that you’d get from a big hotel chain. Kemal, Hussein and Abdul worked endlessly behind the bar with a smile. I would go back but the long transfer time and the delays from Jet2 might put us off which is a shame as we loved the hotel and the area

Absolutely lovely people can not do enough for you, went with partner and 3 kids they loved it bar staff Absolutely brilliant in fact everyone there were fab had a laugh with them. Great location beach amenities very close. Will definitely go again

The truth. Hotel is basic but clean. Staff are friendly & helpfully. Except miserable man on reception. Rooms cleaned daily. Towels changed daily. Sheets once a wk. Quiet location. Nearest bar over the road is KOSEM best pancakes,only place we found that does proper toast (not fried bread). An tetley tea. Get your water from shop in hotel when by pool. POOL BAR 1.5 LT = 40L (1.48p). SHOP 5LT = 15L (55p) Big difference. All bars an stores never seem to shut. We arrived at 4am. An still got a drink at the pool bar. The sky's bar 4 mins walk is very welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble An although quiet at night had some great evenings meeting new people. Next door is the flying horse. Have some good quiz nights an bingo after. But it gets rammed. Food is the best but not as friendly atmosphere. Buses on main road go both ways from old town to mavigvat. Very regular if you tell driver we're you want they will stop anywere. About 15lira to most places. But be prepared to stand cramped lol. Roads are lethal. You see all sorts 4 on a scooter babies in-between no helmets. An quad bike towing a caravan. Watch the zebra crossings because they don't stop even on red lights. Hotel charges for AIRCON 1wk @£70. SAFE DEPOSIT 1wk @£10. WIFI free by reception an pool. But WIFI IN ROOM 1day@£2. Market on Saturdays 2mins over the road. Great bargins to haggle over. But very busy & DONT BUY A DRINK AT the market bars. Tried to charge us £20 for 2 beers. (£5.94in bars). Euro prices on most stalls an accepted everywhere even airport.

FOOD-OUTSTANDING -THE CHEF HERE REALLY CAN COOK(IM A FOODIE) BARSTAFF-5 STARS TO THESE - CANT DO ENOUGH AND VERY FUNNY TOO. POOL AND CLEANLINESS-5 STARS MAY BE COMING BACK FOR MY WEDDING NEXT YEAR - WELL DONE !!!!

Very nice hotel -rooms are super and fresh. Everyday cleaning of the room always gives a good feeling. Very nice poolarea always clean and fresh, with beautiful trees and flowers around. The buffet restaurant always provide good food and variety in dishes. In the evening great shows and the entertainment team did an excellent job always with a smile on their face. We are very happy and satisfied here at Barut Goia and will sure be back

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday based at this lovely hotel close to the old part of Side. It was one of the best holidays we have ever enjoyed. This modestly priced hotel is the perfect place to stay. It is kept spotlessly clean, the staff go to great lengths to make you feel welcome and well served and the rooms and poolside common areas are secluded and restful with well tended plants, trees and flowers all around. We hardly ever eat in hotels we stay in, but the bar food here is really excellent and, despite there being lots of good restaurants nearby where we enjoyed some tasty meals, we thought the food prepared by chef at the Gazipasa was outstandingly good. He takes great trouble to make sure you enjoy your meal, which will be freshly cooked for you at whatever time of day you choose to eat. This is a real gem of a place, particularly suited to young families and older people.
