Fiquei hospedada com minha família por 10 dias. As atividades oferecidas basicamente se limita a vôlei de praia. Os garçons são pouco atenciosos e bastante lentos. Não recomendo os dois restaurantes (wabisabe e Quentine) que eles oferecem, o atendimento chega a ser ridículo de tão lento. Ficamos mais de 2horas e meia e sempre traziam comida errada ou faltava algo... lamentável! Nota 10 para a limpeza e o atendimento em geral da equipe de limpeza, sempre solícitos e sorridentes!! Comida do restaurante principal deliciosa, bem diversa e sempre fresca. Adorei!!! Vale um comentário para a Senhora gerente de atendimento ao cliente, apesar do cargo, nunca vi uma pessoa tão despreparada e sempre com cara emburrada. No mais o clima estava perfeito, sol e calor todos os dias (25/03 a 04/04/24)

Acolhedor , limpeza impecavel, comida boa, muita variedade , piscina brutal, animacao 5 estrelas , Recomendo à quem quiser desfrutar de umas ferias magnificas ,praia em frente com agua muito quente e muitas rochas fazer atenção, obrigado ao staff e à toda a equipa generosa em especial ao Mr . CHIAN pelo serviço prestado , super gentil , educado e atenção, obrigado à gestao de alimentos e bebidas

Such a friendly hotel! Nothing is too much trouble. The more mature lady who works in the bistro and creates lovely ice creams is so lovely. Hasan, speedy gonzallis round the pool loves his job and is a fun character. Aerobics lady is lovely too. Reluctant to mention specific people as we could easily miss other worthy staff out. Rooms cleaned to a high standard. The 'ambiance' of the hotel is super, providing relaxation and fun when you need it. Thank you Team Paloma, you truly are a team and trust that you continue to shine brightly!! PS Well done staff round pool area who cleared/cleaned the area after a stormy day!

We are currently staying at this hotel. When we arrived at the hotel the entrance is beautiful, but that’s about all that is. It looks extremely modern until you’re further into the hotel and it’s nothing but old and dated. Our room is ok, however to be greeted with blood stains on the floor near the bathroom is not only absolutely disgusting but extremely unhygienic. I have 2 young children, one who is crawling and could have easily had his mouth on the floor and caught anything from these blood stains. DISGUSTING!! I raised my concerns to reception who offered change rooms on the exact same floor, which was extremely inconvenient for myself and my family who had settled in the room and unpacked all of our clothing. I had no apology for the lack of care taken by housekeeping. His words were ‘I’ll get house keeping to come and clean it properly’ - should that not have been done correctly anyway??? I will never stay in this hotel again. ABSOLUTELY NOT 5*. Far from it! Wish me luck for the rest of my stay.

Had a fantastic week here with my partner. The hotel facilities are excellent, lots of bars and restaurants to choose from, and the service from the staff is the best I have experienced, so attentive and helpful. Particular mention to Murat for his poolside service. Side is about an hour’s walk along the beach promenade which is a nice place to stroll around, Manavgat is also worth a visit for the waterfalls.

We had an amazing time in Turkey for the first time. We visited Paloma Perissia and we were greeted by lovely and friendly staff. A special mention to Murat, he was amazing. He didn’t give a 5* service, he gave a 10* service! Always looked after us by the pool, making us smile and laugh. Never made us go thirsty! We miss his smile already. We will certainly be back next year! Thank you for having us. Charlotte & Oscar

Excellent all inclusive resort. Pool side is amazing with friendly pool side staff. Especially Murat, always friendly & helpful with drinks and information. The restaurants are all amazing & the food is great in each restaurant. Would definitely recommend . The staff in all the restaurants are helpful. The reception staff can’t do enough & we’re really helpful sorting out a problem we had ( nothing to do with the resort).

Beautifully stunning hotel! Stunning room with jacuzzi and views over the pool and sea! Exceptional food! Incredible service! Thanks to Murat for awesome poolside service. Very inclusive and disability friendly. Excellent entertainment! But equally wonderful for quiet chill out areas! Gorgeous beach area and nothing is too far to walk to! The staff are all so friendly and hospitable. My autistic son feels very comfortable here, and he's a hard teenager to please! Thank you

Really couldn't fault the hotel and staff. Food in all the restaurants was excellent. Facilities were great, we had a massage and haircut which were grand. Beach side cabanas are a must. No doubt in peak season the general area would be extremely busy but when we went it was beautiful and quiet.
