The Horus Paradise hotel in Turkey is the perfect place for a vacation! I was delighted with the excellent service, cozy rooms, beautiful pools. The hotel staff was very attentive and friendly, always ready to help. The food at the hotel is simply fantastic, with a diverse menu and high-quality dishes that even the most discerning food lovers will enjoy. I had a great holiday at Horus Paradise and will definitely come back again!

Beautiful hotel, very nice and helpfull staff who will guide you with a smile. Lots of places to chill and hangout, big pools and a large space on the beach with sunbeds. The restaurants were very clean and they provided glutenfree food! When we went only the main restaurant was open but there was more than enough to choose from. The room was spacious en the bed was fantastic. Housekeeping also super friendly and very neat. A clean and modern bathroom., a stocked minifridge with soda and water, a nice balcony and a large closet. Towels and beach towels provided by the hotel of good quality. No need to leave the hotel of you don.t want to. If you do there are busses to take you to the nearest town. The beach is down at the hotel, a little walk later and there are shops, bars and restaurants.

THE BEST HOTEL EVER! THE FOOD WAS IMMACULATE AND SO WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We stayed here for 3 weeks and each day was like no other, the weather was great and the pools were so refreshing. The lifeguards are so friendly to my 80 year old grandad and he was very surprised as they normally neglect him. Definitely a 5 star hotel and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a family friendly, beautiful hotel. Thanks for listening this was all a joke it wasn’t that good. It was mid I guess

Great family hotel. Good selection of food and drink at the buffet and bars. Animation team arrange various activities throughout the day and evening for all the family. Great aquapark and pools which were all just warm enough to use in April!

Very bad experience, dirty no Wi-Fi (you have 256 mb)after for 1 hours 1 euro 2 weeks 22euro and the signal very bad, entertainment 0 staf no spike English etc .For everything you need to pay the hotel after me it’s 3 star no 5 star

We stayed at the hotel 10 days on the beginning of October. Hotel is huge, compose from few buildings. Has 3 swimming pools and small pool for kids. Few shops, spa, beach access. Our first impression wasn’t very good. Rooms are a bit dirty, with disgusting dirty carpets. Common toilets near reception and on swimming pools dirty. On Bar on the pool very disgusting smell. Poor selection of drinks, no cocktails, no ice cream during the day which is ridiculous as hotel suppose to be design for families with kids. Around swimming pool with slides terrible slippy tiles. My boy fall 4 times on first day, luckily he didn’t break his head. Despite he had swimming pool shoes. Staff at the reception not very pleasant and not helpful at all. Don’t inform about anything. And what’s absolutely ridiculous in 2023 you have to pay extra for internet. What we liked. Location - hotel has good location by the beach. There is a nice promenade to Side centre. About 20 min walk. Plenty shops and restaurant around. Beautiful garden around swimming pools. A lots of plants, trees and flowers. Very good tasty food on the restaurant. Great selection of everything. I can highly recommend shop with souvenirs in the hotel. Good prices and very nice gentleman is selling. In overall that was a good holiday, but I wouldn’t choose that hotel again.
