From arrival at hotel (1am) we were met with 1st class hospitality. Luggage dealt with by service staff. Booking in we were upgraded from whirlpool room to swim up room foc. Food and drinks awaiting on us on arrival. This hotel has the most hospital staff we have ever came across as experienced travellers. Surroundings, food, drink, friendly atmosphere was 2nd to none. Always met with a warm welcome and a smile everywhere in the resort we went. We are a couple who like to venture but in this hotel we were overwhelmed by the entertainment and activities available. Tips if you are visiting … book your a la carts asap and do try the fondue night … book your shower room if you have late flight . This is free of charge and a great service. All in all

It is our first time in Turkey and I can say that we are fascinated. The food is very tasty, varied. Staff very professional and very friendly. I would especially praise the waiters named Ali Tunç and Ferhat. There are very interesting animations every day, never it's not boring. The animation team is very professional. Special praise goes to Emrah and Tugay, who are each entertaining in their own way. The beach is beautiful, we have no comment. Hygiene at the hotel level. I highly recommend the hotel to families, we will definitely come back next year.

To be honest i have never been a dan of Turkey, having had a couple of bad experiences in recent years .... however i was delighted when arriving at this hotel how nice it is and in a lovely setting . The hotel was very clean , rooms cleaned every day by some nice friendly ladies. The bars and restaurants were always open and the service was excellent The animation wasn't my cup of tea and i felt did not reflect on the age group at the time i was staying, the nightly entertainment wasn't the greatest, the bingo night was an expensive mistake. The days by the pool were great , noisy and busy by the main pool and quieter places available if thats what you want. Bars by the pool were also good as were the restaurants , though a couple of times what we ordered was not available. A short walk into town was enjoyable , plenty of shops to browse and have a haggle . I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider a return. A tip for anyone coming is stay away from the photo man there are very vert persistent and finally persuaded my daughter to book a session with them , the results were very expensive and the photo booth staff were extremely rude when my daughter did not buy any prints . Overall a really good week and a lovely place to stay

Just got back from a fantastic holiday & would recommend this hotel. The food was really lovely, lots of choices, service was fantastic. Lots of activities around the pool each day. The hotel is spotless, all the staff work very hard. Branded drinks in the main bars. We had no issues finding sunbeds for the 3 of us but might be as the hotel gets more busy. Beach is literally just outside the hotel. Would recommend visiting the old town / harbour especially in the evening lovely atmosphere. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that our room (block 2) was facing a very busy road and the traffic could be heard with balcony door shut. The other thing is to get to the main pool/beach there are lots of stairs to get to that area...bit of struggle walking back up in 30+ degrees but these are minor things everything else was perfect! We would love to go back again one day.

This is my second time coming to this resort and it’s and amazing hotel. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. The facilities in this hotel are great always clean and tidy. The entertainment team is amazing and very friendly and they are always fun to be around and they love putting on a show. Whether it’s pool parties, pool games or comedy shows. Food has been great from the snack bar and the restaurants on site and lots of variety with themed nights for different foods from different countries. Would definitely recommend this place for families or even solo travellers

We had a fabulous holiday made all the better for the very warm welcome when we arrived. Our room was perfect, immaculate and room service first class. It is was our third visit to this Hotel,2019,2022, and I would say it just keeps getting better. Lunches at the pool bar served by HOSEYIN excellent service. Also evenings at the Pearl Bar always welcoming barman ATAKAN works very hard making sure we all had drinks kept us topped up. Days at the adult pool relaxing and so clean and sun beds were always available. Great pool. Enjoyed the White Night and all the cocktail & pool party activities. The Activity staff work so hard. We enjoyed so much hoping we can visit again soon. Thanks to all the Management & Staff of Side Star for a memorable holiday !!

Where do I start with this amazing hotel. The reception as we arrived at around 11pm was smooth sailing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were taken to our room which a decent size for two people. The jacuzzi on the balcony was beautiful and the view with the sea in the distance was breathtaking. They served hot and cold food buffet 24hours a day which for me was unheard of. The drinks were amazing too! We didn't get to explore all the areas of the hotel but we briefly saw the arcade, the gym, the cinema room (the actual size of a normal cinema). We will definitely be returning back next year but this time for a longer stay than 4 nights! I recommend nights minimum as there is so much to see and do here.

Excellently located hotel close to the ancient town of Side ( itself a jewel). Spotlessly clean with an excellent staff. Nothing was too much bother. This is an all inclusive hotel - the food was excellent and varied. Our room was a good size and the pools were exceptionally well maintained as were the gardens. We stayed two weeks and loved every minute. This was our second time at the hotel and we will be back. Highly recommended.

This was our second time at this hotel and it was just as good as we remember. Excellent food and drinks, excellent facilities, excellent entertainment and excellent and very attentive staff. We had a fantastic time and looking forward to coming back again next year.
