Beautiful resort. Very clean in general. Great rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The people working here are so wonderful, happy to help and really go out of their way to make it a lovely visit. Special thanks to the bartenders, service personal, cleaning staff, lifeguards, chefs. I could go on forever. The food was delicious, great buffet every day. There was entertainment every evening with different programs, both for children and adults. Wifi worked well. Would love to come back again.

Odalar temiz ve ferahtı yemekleri fena değil ama çeşit eklenebilirdi personel ler Güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi şovlar güzel ve eğlenceliydi animasyon aktiviteleri çok iyiydi güzel vakit geçirmenize çok yardımcılardı herkese çok teşekkür ederim ☺️

The hotel looks great however the level of cleanliness around public areas is not great. A chocolate wrapper was left on the stairs for the whole 10 days I was there also finger nails under sun beds they were also there the whole time. The worst part of the hotel was the lack of sun beds in the sun all day. Other guests would remove your towels or move your towels to other beds. The behaviour of other guests over the sun beds is disgraceful. Hotel security were informed but not much good in solving the problem even tho we showed them evidence of our belongings being moved. Food- the best place to eat is the food court or water world snack bar were the best places to eat. I ate in the Asian a La carte was the worst food I have ever eaten. I had the duck it made me very ill for 3 days after eating it. Bars-good selection of bars and never felt overcrowded Bedrooms- were clean and modern a basic clean was done daily clean towels, make beds and mini bar was stocked up most days Outside hotel- good selection of shops bars and a few restaurants good job as food in main restaurant in evening was not great and just too busy. Maybe 2 buffet restaurants in evening are needed. Pool- good size pool and good selection of slides to keep kids busy I don’t think I would return

The hotel is very nice and a beautiful place to go with your family. The staff are very welcoming and friendly which makes your stay even better. The hotel has a wide range of things to do, the pool and water park is very good for children and adults too! The food is also very good and overall a very nice place to come, with good entertainment, the show is also very good and worth watching. Would defiantly come again!

Nice place to go lots of things to do with kids ,great location!! I was with my daughter for 10 nights we had good time! I would like to say hello to the one lady short hair who was making for me every night mint tea and the best hot chocolate for Shakira. I hardly recommend hamam and massage 5*

We stayed for a week in late April. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were excellent , the choice of food and quality of food on the buffet was brilliant. Food was available 24 hours a day. There were plenty of sun beds with pools and flumes for most ages. WiFi was outstanding in all areas. We had an absolutely brilliant time in this hotel and would highly recommend it. Hope to return again.

we booked for a week, first 4 days was awfully boring. and than we meet the janar from guest relation and young fella with him. if you want to go this hotel, its clean in every possible way, staf is friendly, food is boring but good no surprises.my advise first thing to do is go to guest relations! they know the everything about hotel and the region. we didnt know any of the activities until we meet janar.

Crazy holiday. Went here with family and had an amazing time, especially with the animation guy named Ali and Uveysi. What a great legends. Pretty good restaurants and much diversity to choose from. Ali was cooking so hard ngl. Overall experience is super good 😎☀️ Cheers to Ali and the whole crew!

It was a really good holiday. There was a guy named that works here Ali what a great guy hes very socialized and sweet. And the rest of the animation was really sweet. The food here is really good, and the waterslides are very fun. The Spa is really relaxing and a Great experience.
