Beautiful resort. Very clean in general. Great rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The people working here are so wonderful, happy to help and really go out of their way to make it a lovely visit. Special thanks to the bartenders, service personal, cleaning staff, lifeguards, chefs. I could go on forever. The food was delicious, great buffet every day. There was entertainment every evening with different programs, both for children and adults. Wifi worked well. Would love to come back again.

Odalar temiz ve ferahtı yemekleri fena değil ama çeşit eklenebilirdi personel ler Güler yüzlü ve çok ilgiliydi şovlar güzel ve eğlenceliydi animasyon aktiviteleri çok iyiydi güzel vakit geçirmenize çok yardımcılardı herkese çok teşekkür ederim ☺️

The hotel looks great however the level of cleanliness around public areas is not great. A chocolate wrapper was left on the stairs for the whole 10 days I was there also finger nails under sun beds they were also there the whole time. The worst part of the hotel was the lack of sun beds in the sun all day. Other guests would remove your towels or move your towels to other beds. The behaviour of other guests over the sun beds is disgraceful. Hotel security were informed but not much good in solving the problem even tho we showed them evidence of our belongings being moved. Food- the best place to eat is the food court or water world snack bar were the best places to eat. I ate in the Asian a La carte was the worst food I have ever eaten. I had the duck it made me very ill for 3 days after eating it. Bars-good selection of bars and never felt overcrowded Bedrooms- were clean and modern a basic clean was done daily clean towels, make beds and mini bar was stocked up most days Outside hotel- good selection of shops bars and a few restaurants good job as food in main restaurant in evening was not great and just too busy. Maybe 2 buffet restaurants in evening are needed. Pool- good size pool and good selection of slides to keep kids busy I don’t think I would return

We are loving our family holiday at this hotel, everything is amazing. The food a fabulous and you will never go hungry. The staff are very hard working and nothing is too much trouble, Particularly Ferdi the animation entertainment- he's the best one and helped us with everything.

Third day at crystal sunset and it is a fantastic hotel the aqua park is amazing lots to do and the drinks and food very good … The night entertainment is brilliant and the staff are so friendly in particular Ferdi what a great guy so funny and always pleased to help in any way

When we first arrived at the hotel was very welcoming we wake up to some Angel grinding which wasn’t Pleasant but when we spoke to reception they was kind a enough to upgrade our room , room was absolutely beautiful so was very happy with that ,food is all inclusive plus drinks which is great for kids as they always want to snack on something , trips out of hotel the boat trip was really good for the kiddos the Safari was horrible for kids I wouldn’t even bother doing it with little ones as they was board and was a waste of money , entertainment was very good and the kids club is amazing The lady’s are lovely and always kept the kids entertained its a good place to take the kids when u wanted to spend some time with the other half my daughter always wanted to be in kids club I couldn’t recommend them enough aysen sude burcu fatmanur enough for everything they have done for the girls and the kids enjoy every min with them

Hotel has everything you need. Great pool scene (be aware the age for the big slides is 7 plus) and food and drink 24 hours. As we went as a family we had to have a room that over looked a very busy main road that was noisy 24hrs a day, even with door shut we could still hear the traffic below. Pretty hard to sit out on the balcony as the smell of fuel and noise got a bit too much at times. Mini bar is stocked daily but no alcohol is stocked in them. The room was lovely but just the road that was the issue. Food in main restaurant was ok. Some days it was decent and others were a bit poor. Plenty of choice but just a bit mundane. We booked the Mexican al last carte. It was very poor and I wouldn’t say it was Mexican food. The animation team were a small group. The girls were great with the kids but the guys had other agendas with the female clientele (quite funny to watch them put the moves on them) The ice cream guys are the unsung heroes at this place who probably don’t get the credit they deserve. They are great with the kids and are open till 23.00. The entertainment was hit and miss. Some shows were decent but others just were a bit adult themed and not ideal for kids but thats not too much of an issue. If you want a decent drink get one in the lobby bar or the so called Irish bar as they serve decent draft and bottles. Shame the Irish bar is inside though. Lobby bar has a terrace. All in all hotel is huge and kept clean. We had a good time and understand that every hotel has issues and nothing can be perfect. Also don’t eat cold fish from the salad bar it will give sickness and diarrhoea. I look forward to the generic response from the hotel.

Everything is amazing. We liked the place, animation team was amazing. We'll come here again, next year. Room was clean, stsff were good people, ans I'm thinking the point of Hotel is true. It's 7.5 or 8. And Animator Üveysi was incredible person. Thank for everything.
